LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN BOOKING
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel está bien considerando el corredor de balnearios pero tiene pesima ubicación respecto a todo lo demás. El edificio está situado directamente enfrente de la calle y a partir de 7am pasa una combi tocando el claxon para subir pasaje (incluso en fin de semana).

Cons:

El hotel tiene un restaurante que tambien funciona para hacer eventos que duran hasta media noche por lo que no puedes descansar por el ruido de la musica y de los invitados de los eventos, incluso el personal nos dijo que es algo comun que hacen casi cada fin de seman. Cuando nos quejamos del problema solo nos dijeron que si queríamos podíamos cancelar e irnos, que no podían hacer más pero ya eran 11pm y no podíamos movernos a otro hotel. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nuestras camas y habitaciones no estaban listas a pesar de que ya era muy pasada la hora de check-in por lo que tuvimos que esperar. Además, no funcionaba el internet ni siquiera para redes sociales (hasta le hablaron a un tecnico pero no se solucionó). Por último, las recamaras estaban repletas de arañas (incluso en la cama) tratamos de limpiar lo más que pudimos pero al final terminamos aun asi con piquetes al día siguiente. ¡PESIMA EXPERIENCIA! He reservado muchas veces en booking y nunca me había pasado algo como esto, me guié por las reseñas pero todo fue una ESTAFA.

Pros:

El hotel es nuevo. Con instalaciones muy cómodas. Con servicio las 24 horas. Te brindan agua y café las 24 horas. Algo muy bueno. Cuenta con un restaurante de muy buena calidad muy rica su comida. Y el personal es muy atento.

Una grata sorpresa
Pros:

La habitación es amplia y tiene un diseño muy bien logrado. La cama es muy cómoda, tiene una pantalla inteligente de buen tamaño y con acceso a servicios de streaming.

El personal es atento y el lugar está limpio, tiene bastantes cámaras de seguridad en áreas comunes y aunque no tiene elevador es fácil acceder y moverse.

El restaurante fue toda una sorpresa, la comida está deliciosa, los precios son justos tirándole a barato considerando lo que ofrecen, tiene buen ambiente y se ve bien cuidado, lo recomiendo incluso si no se hospedan.

Cons:

Es fácil tropezar con la base de la cama de concreto, sería fabuloso si acolcharan o redondearan un poco las esquinas.

Nice stay at Hotel Villas Camargo
Pros:

We stayed in Ixmiquilpan for 2 nights as a base to go to Grutas Tolantongo. Our hotel is about 15 min from the center of town. There is no uber or didi services at all. As such, it is a bit difficult to get around. Fortunately, the hotel offers some type of “taxi” service for us, which is extremely helpful and convenient. Even though we do not speak each other’s language, we use Google translation to communicate. The staff are super helpful.

What makes this stay most memorable is its restaurant. Food is super delicious. We had a long day trip to Grutas Tolantongo. Hence, it was very comfortable to just stay in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Relatively big dinner menu. Good service and very tasty food served.

Cons:

Our stay included breakfast. However, it was basically some cereals, cookies and milk. Very simple breakfast.

All in all, the hotel is ok, but there are probably much better ones.
Pros:

nothing.

Cons:

I booked a room with breakfast, and there was nothing from breakfast. The hotel employees should know a few words of English. They didn't come to pick up the trash in the room even once, let alone anything else. I asked for a hairdryer, but they don't have one.

All in all, the hotel is ok, but there are probably much better ones. And we're even talking about the same money.
