Pros:

A beautiful apartment well equipped with everything needed to feel like home. Private underground parking. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. We loved our housekeeper who went above and beyond. It was a perfect 10 stay.

Pros:

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. The daily housekeeping, regular trash collection, and overall organization of the rooms were all excellent. The staff were also very attentive and professional. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the kitchen was highly functional and felt like home. Having a washing machine and a drying rack was especially convenient and made our stay much more comfortable.

Cons:

There were some stains on the sofa and walls, which gave a slightly worn impression. There was also a mild odor coming from the bathroom. It did not significantly disturb us, but there is room for improvement. We did not raise these issues during our stay, so they may have been addressed if requested.

Рядом есть кофейня. В отеле есть кофе-поинт и терраса.

Cons:

Стены картонные - мы жили на 1 этаже, слышали все, что происходило на ресепшене , а там слышали все, что говорим в нашем номере.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Qstay Gratus Hotel. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality—especially the thoughtful anniversary surprise of wine and chocolate, which made our stay even more special.
The penthouse 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean, making it perfect for our family. We also truly appreciated how attentive the staff were; every request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Cons:

Everything was perfect except the first night that arrived the radiator was off and the apartment was really cold. But when we called the reception they came and fixed the problem very fast.
It would have been better if they had checked the apartment before our arrival. Other than this Everything was perfect.
