Great place to experience Tblisi
Pros:

Really great location, perfect accommodation for one night stay exploring tblisi

Cons:

It will always be a pet peeve that hotels don’t set up the room for the number of guests staying. When a booking is for 5 guests, the room should be set up for 5 people at check-in. It was 8pm and several requests before we received enough bedding, never received the extra set of towels.

Wonderful place for staying!
We had heavy luggage, and the staff helped us to carry the luggage into the apartment. There was an elevator, which was very helpful.
The staff was extremely hospitable!
The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

The place really good ,, could accomodate us with 2 kids,, sofa bad is ok but if you can change with more comfortable will perfect. But the one that available is good enough. Reception was really nice,, we arrived really early in the morning.. like 6am, he tried everything that he coould to accomodate us... really appreciated

الشقه نظيفه جدا،، الموظفون لطيفون و مميزون ،، يتم توفير كل ما يلزمك من مستلزماتك الشخصيه و يتم توفير ما تحتاجه بسرعه،، موقع الفندق قريب جدا من شارع العرب و متوفر فيه اكل متنوع و اسواق قريبه ،، حتى اسواق ملابس شتويه رخيصه ،، حول الفندقه الموقع حيوي جدا،،، سررت جدا بالاقامه فيه ،، و سوف امدد اقامتي فيه بالتأكيد بالمستقبل

A comfortable, family-friendly stay at Qstay Hotel offering modern amenities, spacious rooms, and a convenient city-cent
Pros:

Qstay Hotel in Tbilisi is very easy to find and conveniently located close to the city centre and main road. The room was super comfortable and spacious, which made it easy to move around with kids. We especially appreciated the little kitchenette, as we prefer preparing homemade breakfast for the family.

Everything inside was modern, well-equipped, and very clean. Even though we didn’t choose a room with a view, we still had a balcony where we could get some fresh air and enjoy a small peek of the street.

The receptionists and the bellboy were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this place again when visiting Georgia. Highly recommended for families.

Had some minor inconveniences, but will probably be back!
Pros:

I liked everything about my room. The whole hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. The staff are pleasant and smile a lot😄This will probably be my stay every time I visit Tbilisi.

Cons:

The only problem we encountered was the water outage for several hours in the evening which caused us going to bed without showering. Not very serious, but unpleasant.
Some staff members do not speak normal English or Russian so it was a bit hard to communicate with the night shift front desk, but I guess they were new at this, not a big deal!
Would suggest the guests pay more attention to the art objects / statues that are put on the TV stand, they are usually put near the edge and are easy to throw by accident when passing by. It happened to me and I had to pay 100$.
