Pros:

Emplacement calme et apaisant, accessible en montant "quelques" marches mais ça en vaut tellement la peine !
Lit très confortable et tout à disposition (frigo/douche/wc/plaques de cuisson...).
Notre hôte est adorable, tout comme ses chats et son petit chien qui ne sont jamais loin.
Un rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Pico Paradiso !
Pros:

L'emplacement, le jardin, le confort de la chambre, la vue, tout est parfait chez Silvia, mais ce qui est encore mieux que tout, c'est l'accueil de Silvia ! Ce séjour était un vrai moment de bonheur, merci Silvia !

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir quitter cet éden aussi vite !

Simply unique
Pros:

Pico Paraiso truly is the right name for this little Heaven on earth.
The place is simply beautiful, intimate, and surrounded by a surreal atmosphere that brings you into the deepest relaxation.
It really felt like home.

What made it even more special was the wonderful Host, Sylvia.
She is the kindest people I have ever met while traveling.
Always sweet, available, and caring – like a mom away from home.
Thanks to her, I had a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

I strongly recommend this lovely place to everyone: not only to discover the beauty of the island, but also to enjoy such a welcoming stay with an extraordinary host.

P.S. About the stairs: they are not that bad! I counted them myself – less than 250, I swear ((:

Pros:

Silvia's hospitality raised our stay to the next level. She was very open-minded, offered fruits and eggs from her garden an even helped to solve problem what to do with our tent before leaving Madeira. The Pico Paraiso truly stand for its name, in this paradise we found 4 cats, lots of greenery, ocean view and so much more. I recommend this place for everyone who is nature-lover and enjoys silence and peace.
The bed was really comfortable as well as the small outdoor kitchen. There was everything you might need, small details were taken into account.

Cons:

This is not the bad thing, but you need to go for 5 minutes up the hill to reach the place, for people with reduced mobility this could be a problem.
Those who only love tamed-city nature, might find Pico Paraiso little bit chaotic, but be sure that Nature has its own order.

Merci Sylvia pour ton accueil chaleureux. Le logement est un véritable havre de paix en pleine nature. La vue est à couper le souffle.
Tout est propre et le lit est très confortable.

Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt bei Sylvia war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sylvia ist unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich – man spürt sofort, wie viel Liebe sie in ihr Zuhause und in ihre Gäste steckt. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum, umgeben von wunderschöner Natur und mit vielen Tieren, gelingt das Entspannen einfach super. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und der Blick vom Frühstückstisch einfach nur schön. Ich habe jeden Moment sehr genossen und kann diese Unterkunft nur von Herzen empfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :)

...dass ich nur eine Woche gebucht habe ;)

Le calme, la gentillesse de Sylvia

Cons:

Ça ne nous a pas posé de problème mais il y a 5 bonnes minutes de marche avec une bonne montée. Si vous êtes en bonne forme physique il n'y aura pas de soucis
