Peaceful and tranquil
Pros:

Excellent, warm welcome by staff members. They gladly accepted my luggage before check-in and similarly after I had checked out, leaving me free to explore Kyoto. Tranquil, respectful and safe for a solo female traveller. This hotel is a gem of a place in a peaceful neighbourhood, situated inbetween two metro stations.
Any language barriers are navigated with a translation app and a real willingness to understand and help.

こんな感じの京都旅も良いな❣️
Pros:

お部屋は広く、バスタブもあり、電気ポットも、ペットボトルもあり、過ごしやすかったです。バスタオルも毎日交換してくれました。フロントは呼び鈴を鳴らすと、出てきますが、普段出入り口には誰もいないので、自分のマンションに出入りしてるような感じです。京都の島原地区にあまり馴染みがなかったのですが、泊まって、知らない京都に出会えて、良かった。

A very good value for a quiet hotel with large rooms.
Pros:

This place was great. Not right in the middle of the tourist area, but well located for the train station and metro lines. The room was very large by Japanese standards. It was a very good value.

Hôtel bien équipé, chambre assez grande mais trop loin du centre ville de Kyoto
Pros:

La chambre était assez grande et bien équipée. Les équipements de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La distance avec Kyoto centre ville qui n'était pas claire dans le descriptif sur le site. Aucun petit déjeuner proposé alors que loin de Kyoto centre ville

ホテル型のウィークリーマンションで過ごした感じで、適度な応対サービスで、とても自由に過ごせた宿泊でした。
Pros:

ゆったりと過ごせる広さのお部屋。トイレと洗面・バスタブがそれぞれ別々になっている。主要駅からも程よく近く、静かな環境。

Cons:

特筆指摘する点はありませんが、お部屋に備えてある、ポットが前のお客さんが使ったままのものを交換し忘れていました(許容範囲でした)。
