Lovely place, value for money..
Pros:

- We loved the rooms, spacious, clean with air-conditioning, the outside kitchen, and the braai area
- We liked the owner, very easy going and helpful
- We liked the big bottles of shampoo and body wash.
- We liked the patio furniture
- We loved DelishH restaurant which is on the property gate, wonderful food and staff, and the children's play area which our 2 year old enjoyed..

Cons:

- There are these 2 loose sand sections in the entry road that you can feel the car struggle a little to get traction on, about 10 to 20 Meters each, good news is that it's a level road so no inclines to worry about.
- The main door mat could be a more sand accomodating one, cause the outside walking area is sandy...
- Lack of a room broom, again area is a little sandy so some of it comes in with shoes and having a room broom can come in handy.

Peaceful Getaway in Nature, Vintage Bush Cottages
Pros:

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mazuri Bush Cottages. The place is very peaceful and perfect for anyone who needs a peaceful break from the busy city. The outdoor seating area at night is lovely, with the sounds of insects and the bush all around. The braai area inside the bush is amazing, the air is fresh, and the walking trails are truly enjoyable. Parking in the bush and seeing animals walking around freely made the experience even better. The whole area is big, quiet, and very relaxing. The host is very kind and peaceful, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Hluhluwe–Imfolozi is only about 30 minutes away, and St Lucia and iSimangaliso, with their amazing beaches, are just 1 hour from Mazuri Bush Cottages.

Cons:

In my next visit, I hope the host can fix a few small things (room for improvement). I know he cares, so I believe he will improve them. The towels were brown and still a bit damp, so lighter colours and fully dried towels would feel much fresher. Brown towels also hide dirt, so it’s better to use colours where we can see they are clean. The shower curtain is old and should be replaced, or the bathroom can be updated to work without a curtain for a fresher and vintage look.

Pros:

The rooms are big and comfortable, loved the.kingsize bed and air-conditioning. The kitchenette was perfect with the gas stove. The patio was lovely.

Cons:

The brush outside could be cut away a little more. While its very private, i would like to see more and maybe see more of the animal life.
