What's not to like, loads of soft fluffy throws, a microwave two plates, and cutlery in the room, as well as the normal cups, kettle, and tea, coffee supplies. The room was clean, fresh and modern, in fact as you walked into the property you got the clean modern vibe. It's the little things that make the difference and Tracy knows her stuff. To have a lamp on in the evening in the hallway so you could see. Fresh flowers in the hall. To have spare toothpaste there as a just in case. Nice soft towels . Having the WiFi code and password, I didn't know at booking that Tracy would provide hot food, will be asking her for food next time as my husband is celiac and it's incredibly difficult to find food for him so next time we won't have to eat in the room we can eat a proper dinner and breakfast served by Tracy. All this things add up to an amazing stay. The location is so quite and no problems with parking that we found. Would we be staying again 💯

Cons:

If I was to be picky I would say maybe to have numbers on the doors and if a room is private to have that on show.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. Free parking available and extremely friendly host

Cons:

We found the accommodation very comfortable and have no real complaints. If I had to try and find something I would say I would have benefited from a table/desk in the room

It was a good base and a nice place to come back to in the evenings after visiting my friends.
Pros:

It was in a very nice quite location. It was close to Bromley and Orpington which was helpful to visiting my friends, It was good value for money and I would stay there again. Tracy was a very helpful and nice person.

Other than damaged heating it was all normal

Cons:

Biggest disadvantage was heating which wasnt working at all. The night was very cold.

Clean comfortable and good value guest house
Pros:

Clean and comfortable and was nice to have a free upgrade to ensure.

Cons:

It did get a little cold but the radiator thermostat was set low but I turned it up especially as it was sub zero outside and it was all OK.

Everything from getting into the property to the lovely clean room and comfy bed was perfect ,just a shame I had to leave early or I'd still be in that bed now .Tracy the owner made sure I got in my room ok ,she didn't need to but did anyway ,little things mean a lot sometimes. Thank you Tracy, much appreciated 👏
