Perfect escape for a few days with the family
Pros:

There were facilities for everyone and everything. Perfect for families for any weather or season condition. The restaurant had excellent food and the breakfasts were filling.

Great for families with small children who want to ski or hike
Pros:

A recently renovated Hotel at the entrance to Klosters.
Bus to Gotschna a d Marisa mountains immediately in front of hotel.
Friendly Service, modern and cozy room. Kitchen was ok.
Great for families with small (!) (3-10 yrs)children with special facilities for them (playroom)

Highly recommended, kids friendly hotel.
Pros:

Great kids friendly hotel, with indoors playground and swimming pool. The restaurant on the ground floor is also great and very cosy. The garage was also very convenient.

Geheimtipp mit einem sehr fairem Preis!
Pros:

Super familienfreundliches Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer, Hallenbad gross, modern und mit angenehm warmem Wasser, Essen ist gut und kommt meistens schnell, Personal sehr freundlich, Skigebiet Madrisa sehr gut geeignet für Anfänger/Kinder
Fazit: dieses 3-Sterne-Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis kann sehr gut mithalten mit vielen doppelt so teuren Familienhotels in der DACH-Region!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Man muss halt kurz in den Bus steigen um zu einer der Talstationen zu gelangen.

Struttura accogliente e per famiglie

Cons:

Per quello che abbiamo pagato le aspettative erano più alte.
Le tovaglie per la piscina e sauna erano esaurite, piscina fredda e cibo nella norma.
Personale accogliente ma ci hanno addebitato bevande nella cena che non abbiamo consumato, per fortuna la cameriera le ha subito corrette.

Zeer degelijk hotel, zonder een echte wow

Eigenlijk alles is er; gym, zwembad, restaurant, speelruimte, sauna, etc.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alles is meer dan prima. Echter kan er in sommige dingen wat meer zorg in zitten om gasten een net wat betere beleving te geven. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het ontbijt, er is letterlijk geen enkele dag een ander assortiment beschikbaar. Zelfs niet tijdens de kerst. Vooral het ontbijt is wat saai. Het lijkt wel alsof ze al jaren hetzelfde doen, wat prima is; maar het zou beter kunnen.
