スタッフの方も優しく丁寧でホテルの内装もとても綺麗だった。市内からは離れているが屋上から気球も見えて夕日も素晴らしかった。

Eu indico muito ficarem hospedados no Nissa Cave, vcs irão gostar da vista, do café da manhã, do quarto e da recepção. E

Super hôtel avec une belle vue sur le lever de soleil avec les montgolfières
Personnelles très agréable et serviable
Très bonne literie
Petit déjeuner super sympa
Très bien équipé

Cons:

La porte d’entrée de la chambre est une vitre opaque donc le jour réveil très tôt.
Notre chambre était sans fenêtre et sans clim donc il faisait assez chaud malgré le ventilateur fourni par l’hôte

Buena experiencia
Pros:

En general todo, te hacen sentir como en casa, el desayuno muy completo, la limpieza correcta, la ubicación chulísima (si quieres tranquilidad), las vistas espectaculares se ven los globos al amanecer. Destacar el trato de personal y de Yousef que nos ayudó en todo momento.

Cons:

Please be careful when booking. They tried to accommodate me in a room without a window. This was not mentioned in the room description at the time of booking; on the contrary, it even stated that the room had a view from the window.
When I pointed out that I could not stay in a room without a window because I have claustrophobia, the hotel owner replied that it was not his problem and asked me to pay an additional 50 euros to provide another room, even though the total booking cost was only 107 euros. When I then asked whether he would provide me with an invoice for this difference so that I could resolve the issue through Booking.com, he refused.
