Buena experiencia
Pros:

En general todo, te hacen sentir como en casa, el desayuno muy completo, la limpieza correcta, la ubicación chulísima (si quieres tranquilidad), las vistas espectaculares se ven los globos al amanecer. Destacar el trato de personal y de Yousef que nos ayudó en todo momento.

Cons:

Please be careful when booking. They tried to accommodate me in a room without a window. This was not mentioned in the room description at the time of booking; on the contrary, it even stated that the room had a view from the window.
When I pointed out that I could not stay in a room without a window because I have claustrophobia, the hotel owner replied that it was not his problem and asked me to pay an additional 50 euros to provide another room, even though the total booking cost was only 107 euros. When I then asked whether he would provide me with an invoice for this difference so that I could resolve the issue through Booking.com, he refused.

Świetna baza wypadowa na wędrówki piesze w dolinach!
Pros:

Przemiły gospodarz, lokalizacja poza ścisłym centrum Goreme - mniej turystyczna lokalizacja, świetny taras, z którego rano można było podziwiać przelatujące balony

Cons:

Liczyłam na śniadanie w formie bufetu a serwowane były typowe tureckie śniadania do stolika - kilka rodzajów sera, jajecznica/jajka, chleb, dżemy, oliwki itp. Być może w sezonie jest szwedzki bufet, a my na niego nie trafiliśmy.
Na minus drzwi do pokojów z mlecznym szkłem - przy zapalonym świetle na korytarzu ogólnodostępnym w pokoju nie było wystarczająco ciemno - przydałaby się roleta na drzwi.

Personelin ilgisi ve nezaketi için çok teşekkür ederim. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca kahvaltı gerçekten mükemmeldi; hem çeşit hem de lezzet açısından beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.
