Peaceful oasis in the heart of Alaçatı
Pros:

Viento Hotel is a perfect place to chill out and explore the beautiful village of Alaçatı.

The room is equipped with everything you might need, including a small fridge and a steamer for clothes. The aromas of shower products and soap are heavenly😇 The bed, pillows and duvets are the comfiest we've had in the whole trip, and the bedding is super crispy and fresh. Room cleaning quality is absolutely exceptional!

The breakfast in the restaurant is plentiful and healthy. Besides the buffet with breakfast basics and a whole 'serpme' spread served fresh for each guest coming, they cook eggs of your choice and brew fantastic coffee (the latter is a rare delight even in 4-star hotels).

Warm thanks to the whole Viento team for our wonderful stay!

Cons:

Probably the only controversial point was that the room we were initially checked in wasn't like the one in the photos. The fact is, the whole floor consists of the rooms in the category that we've booked, so just keep it in mind that they look very differently.

Anyway, huge thanks to the helpful hostess, we were placed in another room. Ours was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of cobbled streets and tile roofs. But if it were not for the end of the tourist season, I guess changing the room would not have been possible.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

“I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and in a perfect location. What really stood out the most was the staff – they were absolutely incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, but I especially want to highlight the restaurant team. They were outstanding, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Appearances can be deceiving
Pros:

The general staff was nice, but management was a different story. It'a quite loud due to the location and the rooms are dark. Breakfast was good and the courtyard setting is nice with the pool. Location is central to Alacati and you can walk easily throughly the old town.

Cons:

You need to be careful for "extra" charges. We originally booked for three guests but ended up being just two. We told the hotel upon arrival and they assured us they would adjust the pricing for our 15 day stay (since they charge more for the 3rd person even though the room is the same). But when we checked out the "management" (who were no where to be seen for the first 15 days) suddenly shows up and refuses to make the pricing adjustment. They say "speak to Booking.com" and booking.com says "speak to the management." It's a joke.
