Pros:

The staff was at all time helpful, reception, securiry, restaurant or the cleaning staff.
The hotel is very well maintained und is in the style of a plantation main house

I would love to go back at a drier time of year.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good and the servings were generous.

Cons:

Having to cross wet grass and walkways to get to the room. Parking was tight and the ground muddy since it was a rainy weekend ( not the fault of the hotel ) We learnt not to leave a light on in the room when going out at night as it attracted bugs.

Outside spaces are nice

Cons:

The room was not properly clean, which was disappointing from the start. The service was also quite poor, especially from the kitchen staff and the front desk.
At one point, a waitress even chased us while shouting, assuming we were leaving without paying, when in fact we were on our way to reception to pay for our dinner bill. That situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel is overpriced for the quality it offers and definitely not worth the money. A completely unnecessary expense.

The stay was good but information was lacking
Pros:

Breakfast was good but lack choices and portions were not enough

Cons:

The cable TV stations were no good. We didn't have access to sports and news to include our local stations.

Great stay, very peaceful
Pros:

Breakfast was good love the ackee and saltfish. Excellent view watching the sunset from the balcony. lovely grounds well kept and beautiful.

Cons:

I didn't like the liver breakfast as much, could be a little more tasty.
