Stay: Radisson Hotel Istanbul Merter – Room 1220
Pros: —
Cons: Two genuine diamond rings (value ~€14,000) were taken from my mother’s closed suitcase. The hotel requested photos/certificates; after we submitted a certificate, one ring was suddenly “found” in the laundry “in the bedsheets” (not believable). Staff became angry/insulting during follow-up questions and were rude when my aunt collected the ring. Police report being filed. Do not leave valuables in the room.

Negativ: Aus dem geschlossenen Koffer meiner Mama wurden zwei Diamantringe (Wert ca. 14.000 €) entwendet. Hotel verlangte Fotos/Zertifikate; nach Nachreichen wurde ein Ring „in der Wäscherei in den Laken“ „gefunden“ (nicht plausibel). Auf Nachfragen reagierte man teils wütend/beleidigend; auch bei der Abholung durch meine Tante unfreundlich. Anzeige wird erstattet. Keine Wertsachen im Zimmer lassen.

Ljep hotel novu uređen soba prostranjena i kupaona moderna i ljepa

Cons:

Nije mi svidjelo personal kod hotela nekomunikativni i dorucak za hotel od 5 zvjezdice nije vredilo a i spa nije bilo dobro bazen vida jako hladna a hamama nije radi 3 dan od 4 dana mog boravka tako da zao mi je ali prosjecna oscjenu mogu dati

Olçukça temiz ve çalışanlar ilgili. Yeni bir otel oldupu için özellikle tercih edilebilir. Sadece spada hamam içersinde sabun, kese vs yok. Sormak istediğimizde sıracak bir yetkili göremedik
