Unsafe at Night Despite Good Location Scary Experience at Night Felt Unsafe During Overnight Stay
Pros:

The location is very convenient—centrally located in the city and close to the airport.

Cons:

The area from the ground floor to the 3rd floor looks dull, very quiet, and feels a bit scary.
The room lighting is too bright; having a dim or warm light option would be better, as the white light hurt my eyes.
Extra pillows are not complimentary and cost RM5 each. The pillows provided are very thin and uncomfortable for sleeping.
Between 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM, people were knocking on different room doors. One incident before 5:00 AM was very aggressive. This made me feel unsafe, and there did not seem to be security cameras or proper monitoring.
The check-in time of 2:00 PM feels quite late.

Nothing to be liked. Everything was horrible

Cons:

The cleanliness is extremely poor. There is no water bottle prepared in room. The staff are not friendly at all. The bathroom is not well kept. The linen is having stains and smell. There is faulty smell. Damn I can’t sleep at night
