El lugar y la comida son muy buenos, pero la calidad de la atención no está a la altura

Siempre está limpio, es cómodo, el menú es pequeño pero la comida es divina. La vista es bella, excelente ubicación frente al mar.

Cons:

La atención deja mucho que desear. La primera impresión de cualquier lugar la dan las chicas de recepción y el personal en general, y lamentablemente en nuestras cinco visitas nunca hemos recibido un trato cálido; esta última experiencia fue incluso peor.

Percibimos poca disposición de servicio: rostros poco amables, falta de seguimiento a nuestras consultas y solicitudes, y una atención en general distante. Además, el masaje debía pagarse únicamente en efectivo —no aceptaban tarjeta, transferencia ni cargo a la habitación— y esto no se nos informó con anticipación. Como resultado, después del “masaje de relajación” tuvimos que salir a buscar efectivo al pueblo, lo cual fue bastante incómodo.

Durante la noche, aceptaron nuevos huéspedes y el ruido fue considerable. Intentamos comunicarnos por WhatsApp para solicitar que moderaran el volumen, pero no obtuvimos respuesta ni tampoco una disculpa al día siguiente.

Para finalizar, hubo un error en la cuenta del restaurante: pagamos al momento del check-out y horas después nos llamaron indicando que se habían equivocado. Aunque realizamos el pago correspondiente, este tipo de situaciones refuerza la percepción de desorganización y falta de atención al detalle.

Entendemos que pueden tener alta demanda, pero como huéspedes uno espera una experiencia agradable y un servicio acorde, especialmente en un entorno pensado para el descanso. Lamentablemente, en este caso no lo están logrando.

La atención del personal fue de lo más excelente.

Cons:

La habitación tenía pésima acústica, se escuchaban las conversaciones del pasillo, un ruido como de una máquina de agua, etc. Desde las 4 am escuchando conversaciones ajenas. No fue cómodo.

L’ambiance de ce petit hotel est très bien!

Cons:

L’état de la piscine à notre arrivée était moyen. Nous avons demandé au personnel si le moteur du filtreur serait démarré. Après deux interventions, on nous a expliqué qu’il était démarré à quelques reprises dans la journée. Le le demain c’était mieux.
