Pros:

Staff was warm and accommodating -- always looking for ways to pamper us. There was a tropical storm off the coast and some amenities were put away for safety, but we knew it would be a different experience because of the weather.

Location was good staff not such much
Pros:

The property was ok and it is located right in front of the beach which is a plus

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

It is a very nice boutique hotel, comfortable rooms, good beds and pillows and the AC worked quite well. Right on the beach! The food was very good and the staff at the bar/beach/swimming pool were friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

There was an issue with our reservation but the manager made it right during check out.
