Pros:

The staff behaviour was really good.

Cons:

I asked for the valley view they charged me extra 1800 for three days. It was nothing like valley view.

Too good hope to visit and stay in the same hotel,worth staying .
Pros:

View was good and the staff behaviour and welcoming is too good.

Cons:

Approach road was a bit dangerous ,may be due to construction otherwise everything was nice

Pros:

Terrace was a good thing. Their premium rooms are very good and clean. But bathroom need to be worked.

Cons:

Bathroom water logging prolem in delux and premium both category of rooms.
First day I faced water problem. There was no water in bathroom. Even staff was also helpless. Everytime they told with in 10 mins water will come.
But next day onward they shifted me to premium room and stay becomes comfortable.

My Stay was very good there.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner was good . Staff were very helping

Cons:

In the evening room was little bit warm, provision of fan could make stay more comfortable.

Very Good keep it up.
Pros:

Any hotel in my view is judged by the behavior, response and execution. The staff behviour and response was excellent. However both become inadequate or useless if execution is not of same standard. Here I found a high degree of match. Thanks to the staff and management of the hotel for making my stay comfortable.

Pros:

The view from the terrace was nice. The staff tried to be helpful. Room itself was nice and clean. The manager Mr Roy was very helpful

Cons:

Firstly, the location was not really accessible as there was some repair work happening. Although taxi s were available to get to city centre market for INR 200 per ride, most drivers were reluctant to come to hotel due to bad road conditions. Secondly, the bathroom had leaks due to which we had to get it cleaned every day. Thirdly, while we booked a triple executive room, we were given a standard double bed room. Fourthly, the food in the hotel is the ' shaadi' types which we did not like. Finally , the wifi stopped working every evening after 8.30 pm which was a big problem as that's the time one needs it most after the whole day of sight seeing.
