Loved Don Salvatore Relais
Pros:

The hotel is situated in very beautiful grounds, the excellent staff are very warm people who will do all they can to help and the room was very clean.

Would recommend coming from May to enjoy the lemon and orange blossom.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin so plan for earplugs and eye masks to block out the light. The price you pay for such a picturesque and truly wonderful hotel !

Bella struttura
Pros:

Bella la struttura e le camere. La sera abbiamo cenato nel limoneto, molto suggestivo.
La colazione viene servita nel giardino proprio davanti alle camere: se ci si trova in camera si sentono i rumori del personale che prepara e serve (stoviglie, voci, ecc.). Forse le stanze andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. Unico suggerimento: forse sarebbe meglio spostare il check-out alle 11. Attualmente è fissato alle 10:30, proprio in coincidenza con la fine della colazione (servita dalle 8:30 alle 10:30). In questo modo gli ospiti avrebbero il tempo di terminare la colazione senza fretta, rientrare in camera per sistemare le ultime cose e uscire con più tranquillità.

Cons:

Al momento del check-out c’è stato un piccolo disguido con la reception, risolto però in un attimo. Il check-out è previsto per le 10:30, ma la sera precedente avevamo ricevuto una mail in cui era indicato che dovesse essere completato entro le 12. Per questo motivo, quando ci siamo presentati alla reception alle 12, ci volevano addebitare un sovrapprezzo. Mostrando la mail, il problema si è chiarito subito: si trattava infatti di un errore nella comunicazione inviata dalla struttura.
Tengo a precisarlo non per mettere in cattiva luce l’hotel, ma anzi per evitare equivoci ad altri ospiti: il check-out è fissato alle 10:30.

Pros:

The personnel made me feel like home, they were always friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom big and the breakfast fresh, delicious, and abundant (I could barely finish my portions). I had to start my day earlier as the planned breakfast, but the staff was kind and made me a lunch box to take away.
The restaurant offers a good choice of dinners which I can recommend to attend. The price is above average but it is worth it.
They have bicycles that you can borrow to go around the city.

Cons:

If you don't have a personal transport like a car or motorbike, it can be challenging to move around using public transportation.

Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotel Don Salvatore. Am stat într-o suită foarte spațioasă și confortabilă, extrem de curată și îngrijită, ceea ce a făcut șederea noastră și mai plăcută. Micul dejun a fost variat și foarte bun, cu produse proaspete și gustoase. Ne-a plăcut mult și piscina hotelului, perfectă pentru relaxare. Restaurantul lor este excelent, mâncarea delicioasă și servirea atentă ne-au impresionat. Recomand cu drag acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță reușită în Italia!

Una struttura carina, un ristorante mozzafiato.

Struttura bella e accogliente, personale gentile.
Ristorante da sogno immerso in un portico alberato.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia (non drenava a dovere), con il termosifone del bagno (attivo giorno e notte), aria condizionata non efficiente. Data la breve permanenza (da pomeriggio all’alba) non é stato possibile segnalarlo sul posto.

Cosa mi è piaciuto,credo tutto perfettamente in sintonia,staff qualificato presente professionale cordiale e di una gentilezza immane,posto incantevole immerso nella tranquillità comodo pulito organizzato e di un fascino difficile da raccontare.
Stanza perfettamente organizzata e accogliente,abbiamo cenato lì e sul cibo un 10 con lode per la qualità e la bontà dei loro prodotti,location immersa nella pace e di una bellezza unica.
Che dire consiglio vivamente e ci ritornerò sicuramente

Struttura bellissima, ben curata. Stanza ampia (per 3 persone), personale stupendo! Il ristorante è immerso in una limonaia, che crea un’atmosfera rilassante, il cibo è favoloso.

Meravigliosa cena e limoneto che fa dimenticare qualche difetto.
Pros:

Il punto forte della struttura è il limoneto e la cucina. La gentilezza dello staff ti fa sentire a casa.

Cons:

Ci sono piccole correzioni da fare, riguardo alla rubinetteria difettosa, o i ferma tovaglia mancanti che con il vento creava qualche fastidio, oppure il frigo non collegato , che giustamente non rinfrescava le bevande. Il personale giovane sicuramente un po’ lento e inesperto. Linea Internet per pagare o navigare con qualche difficoltà.
