Poziția.

Cons:

Am constatat că am fost singur in tot hotelul. Hotelul figura ca ocupat. Dimineața,in jur de ora 9 am fost serviți cu micul dejun la masă, direct porționat, deși figura în anunț un mic dejun de tip bufet. Camera a fost rece, AC nu facea față. Apa caldă venea după 4-5 minute. Era de înțeles,deoarece eram singurii care au folosit apa caldă. TV nu a fost conectat.

Найзатишніший готель на Сонячному березі — відчуваєш себе як вдома!
Pros:

Відпочивала на Сонячному березі і зупинилася в цьому готелі — просто супер! 🌞

Переваги:
• Перша лінія, самий центр — все поруч, море в двох кроках.
• Дуже просторий номер, чистота на високому рівні.
• У номері є міні-косметика, чайник, кавова машина — дуже зручно.
• Завжди тепло та затишно.

Особливо хочу відзначити персонал:
• Кухар Євген готує неймовірно смачно! 🍽️
• Господар Мілєн зробив усе, щоб я почувалася як вдома, завжди на зв’язку, вирішує будь-які питання, відгукливий та дружелюбний.

Чесно кажучи, це найкращий з готелів, де я зупинялася. Обов’язково повернуся ще!

Mimo potwierdzonej rezerwacji i braku jakiekolwiek informacji hotel nie przyjął nas z niemowlakiem, twierdząc że są zamknięci po sezonie. Zerowy kontakt z recepcją przed wyjazdem. A w dniu zakwaterowania zostaliśmy wyrzuceni z hotelu i zostawieni sami sobie mimo rezerwacji z dużym wyprzedzeniem.

Good location and a nice room. Scam when it comes to the breakfast which was to be included and we paid for it but was “

- The rooms were nice and clean
- The location was very good

Cons:

- There was a significant confusion with our check in (upon my request we were informed we could check like 2h earlier only to learn at the arrival from “the owner” he’s not written it and that’s basically it - no other explanation.
- We had breakfast included and “the owner” double checked it at our check in and informed us (simply lied brazenly to us) about the breakfast hours only to tell us next morning – after our long wait – where we’re not serving breakfasts any longer “as of this week” and that we got “an upgraded room” which was never mentioned before. In the end he sent the cleaning lady for some banica and ayran and that was basically it. We would understand if they just informed us about no regular breakfast and brought anything instead of informing us about the hours of a non existing breakfast and then trying to scam us with some fake stories. Needless to say how ridiculous it looks to explain why you would like to have a breakfast you paid for when you are on holidays with your family.
