Shower drain plugged and the bathroom did not seem clean. In the kitchen, there were no glasses or plates or cutlery or kettle or anything. Just a sink and a fridge. The bed was fine and the TV was good. But really the bathroom was kind of dingy. There was a weird smell in the lobby and elevator like the drains were mould and musty and Paul. Must’ve been an issue for the whole building.
Best location!The hotel is very good situated,near Taksim Square max 300 m from the Taksim Metro station.The personal was great,we arrived very early in the mornig and he checked us as soon as possible, the place was clean,ww had everything you need for a nice staying. The AC is goid but we didn t used it because it was a little chill. The toilet very clean!The linens clean and the towels too.The elevator very good!We had a nice big window for light and ventilation!We had city views!The location is the best!Don t worry!It is safe!There was a little noise but after 01:00 o clock you can sleep well.Also,there are a lot of cheap restaurents like lokanta near the hotel.Also next to the hotel there is a complex with McDonald's, KFC, Papa John's Pizza,Burger King.

The geo-position. Close to everything you need to see as a tourist + close to the public transport stations (Metro, bus).

The first two nights we heard music coming from the bar across the street right to our window. We could hear the music even with closed doors on the fifth floor. Horrible experience. We couldn't sleep two nights in a row because of that.
The bedding and the towels were not clean.
We had dust almost everywhere in the room.
It looks much smaller than you can imagine or see in the photos.
We tried to change the rooms but everything was full and the host refused to give us the money back. We paid 400 euros for 7 nights. Imagine realizing that you'll be staying 7 sleepless nights with the music to your window. At the end, the music played for 2 nights. But the area in general, that street, is dangerous and very loud. Be careful.
Great location in Taksim near Istiklyal street, thanks for Tayfun and other hosts, we changed the room's floor for my parents. Everything was clean and all amenities were there. I would definitely rent a room here next time!
Room for 2 persons might be a little bit noisy from the street, but it did not bother us in any ways. Room for 3 persons: if you open your window you would see building's wall
The property is in the heart of Beyoglu.
The rooms at the back of the building have 'windows' that look onto a brick wall and receive no daylight whatsoever. In our room on the first floor it was impossible to tell whether it was night or day. In addition, the vibrations from a nearby nightclub kept us awake until 3am. The quality of the finishing was also very poor, particularly in the bathroom, where half the shower screen was missing.
