Did not have breakfast

A relatively new property, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were well made. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The one issue was that there was no drawer space for small clothing items.

Great location that was walkable to everything. Staff was friendly and lobby bar was great gathering spot.

Rooms were warm and climate control was a little difficult to moderate! All good and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel excelente , moderno ,confortável e com uma equipe atenciosa e prestativa . Localização para mim boa , podendo ir facilmente a pé para o centro ( 15 min de caminhada ) . Retornaria com toda a certeza. 😍😍👏👏

The hotel is a little out of the way, so expect some additional walking to get to the main areas of Reims.

From the moment I arrived at the Radisson in Reims, I was greeted by staff who made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their consistent attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a positive first impression. Throughout my stay, team members were eager to assist with any request, whether I needed information about the city or support during the check-in process. Their professionalism was evident and truly set the tone for my visit. My room was clean and inviting, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep.
The only small issue I encountered was that the cleaning lady did not leave extra towels in the room. Having additional towels would have been convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional art and décor. The thoughtfully designed interiors added to the overall ambiance, making my stay even more enjoyable.
In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson in Reims to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The attentive staff and high standards of cleanliness make this hotel an outstanding choice for travelers.

Excellent staff all helpful. Room was clean and refreshed each day. Was very quiet room even though it overlooked the railway line. Breakfast was lacking in variety but otherwise good

A standard hotel with small rooms and mediocre breakfast. Nothing special. Doesn't worth the money. It should be much cheaper

Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend.

The Hotel is outside the main center in newly developed area to the north but within a 15' walk of the major tourist area, it is brand new so everything is in excellent condition , the bed quite firm but that can be considered a matter of personal preference, the breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms and gets very crowded during the breakfast rush hour and the breakfast buffet itself is a bit basic considering the price range of the hotel , You car will need to be parked in public carpark next door there are no really no other options near by to park for free
