Unfortunately, the stay was uncomfortable and the service felt unfairly priced.
Cons:

The room I was given had no windows, which made it uncomfortable. I was also disappointed with the staff’s approach to extra charges. When I left some bags with commodities, I was initially pressured to pay a storage fee, even though I had already paid for the room and had only checked out earlier than my scheduled time. After I politely explained this, they agreed to hold the bags until my actual checkout time.

I was also asked to pay 2000 rupees to wrap four bags, despite having already purchased the wrapping paper and tape myself. In the end, I paid only 200 rupees because I understood the system, but I did not appreciate being quoted such an inflated amount in the first place. These situations made the experience uncomfortable.

Great stay
Pros:

I have been visiting this property for almost an year now and its safe to say that its been good. The staffs are really good and the rooms are very comfortable.very well located. good cooperative and friendly staff. comfortable stay.Location of the hotel, easy to locate and peaceful area.
Hotel staff is helpful and reception staff very helpful and polite.
