Organisationaccueil clintele a revoir
Pros:

un bel hotel du personnel sympathique mais une attente interminable pour disposer de notre chambre qui n etait pas encore prête a notre arrivée , la piscine sympa, les femmes de menage super gentilles ..petit bemol au ptit dejeuner ...pas de thé traditionnel..juste des sachets lipton ...au pays du the a la menthe pourtant !

Le réceptionniste Bilel a été très gentil, accueillant et prêt à aider pour toutes demandes. Il est un élément très positif pour cet établissement et rend l’expérience agréable. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité!

Pros:

Niveau propreté il y a rien a dire,et le restaurant on y mange tres bien avec un chef agréable au contraire de celui qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner au 1er l'étage.
Une personne qui n'ai pas faite pour etre dans cet établissement

Super hotel.
Personnel vraiment professionnel, sympathique et agréable.
Un grand merci au directeur pour son extrême générosité qui nous a surclassé suite à un souci independant de l hôtel.
Tres reactif contrairement à hotels.com

Pros:

Hotel propre,chambre petite odeur de remonté d egout salle de bain,parking à eviter.
Piscine petite,pas de café a 16h ni boisson pour un 4 étoiles.plage a 10 mn pas de transat.
Personel sympatique,petit dejeuner basique pas de fruit trop simple merite plutot 3 etoiles.
Bien placer centre ville,dommage il y as des amélioration a apporter.qualiter prix sa ete pour cette nuit mais franchement sejour decevant.

Pros:

Très intéressant comme hôtel. Il englobe le plaisir et le travail du moins dans mon cas. J’avais la piscine pratiquement rien que pour moi, Sauna et jacuzzi. La restauration est pas mal et la vue depuis ma chambre aussi.
La plage privée est à pratiquement quelques mètres à pied. Néanmoins elle n’était pas encore opérationnelle pour cause la saison estivale n’a pas officiellement commencé. (Mi juin à ce qu’on m’a dit)
Belle petite expérience avec le personnel, je recommande
