Not disappointed, but will probably not return
Pros:

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean

Cons:

The smell of sewage by the pool area and an alarm that was beeping for hours in the night before I finally found someone who could turn it off

Beautiful facilities, but let down by the lack of staff availability.
Pros:

The lush, green setting and the quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy city. The design of the hotel is very Instagram-worthy, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Cons:

I didn't like that the staff was rarely available at their posts. Every time I needed assistance, I had to walk around the property and look for someone, which was quite inconvenient.
