Cons:

I booked this hotel for my mother and my brother, and overall, they had very positive feedback about their stay. However, on the day of their departure, they asked the receptionist if it would be possible to have breakfast at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m., so that they could catch their taxi to the airport.
Although they had mentioned this several times the day before their departure, the receptionist refused to serve them breakfast. I find this very unusual and disappointing for such a nice hotel, especially as they had informed the hotel of their request in advance.
I would really like to understand why this request was refused in such a rude manner. I travel frequently around the world, and I have never experienced such a situation before.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, dans une quartier très vivant. L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux, réceptionnistes de bons conseils, serviables et arrangeants, je les remercie. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et le balcon, agréable.

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre pourrait être rafraîchie.

Расположение. Близко к центру, но улица вся в барах, шумно.

Cons:

Полы в номере неровные и скрипучие. Санузел очень маленький, пол в душевой скользкий. Звукоизоляции никакой, слышно, как в номере напротив занимаются сексом. Завтраки невкусные.

The rating heavily depends on whether you stay during weekday or a weekend.
Pros:

So, during the weekday it's quite normal, budget-friendly hotel with a friendly staff and a convenient location near Istiklal street. The building and the hotel itself is past its prime, but it's fine. If you are the kind of a person that spends the most of the time outside exploring the city, coming in the evening and wants to get a shower, and sleep, you get that for a reasonable price. Bring earplugs though if you go to sleep early, because of the restaurants/bars on the street.

Cons:

But it's a different story during the weekend or a national holiday. There's a music club right next to the hotel that plays really loud music during the night. So loud and so ground-shaking that any earplugs are useless. The party can last until 5am. And when almost all what you need from a hotel is a good sleep after spending the whole day out in the city, the hotel becomes useless. So it's a big no-no on Fridays and Saturdays. Hope the situation will change, but as of May 2026 it was bad.

Location is excellent - near subway and Istiklal Road, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Shower head broken, small sink, bed sheets were clean but still smelled bad, very loud music from cafes/clubs downstairs during weekend nights (need better soundproof windows)

Bon prix pour le centre d'Istanbul

Cons:

La chambre a besoin d'être rafraichi
La literie a plein de bouloche
La salle de bain est très humide et sent fort le renfermé
La wifi dans ma chambre n'arrêtait pas de couper, notamment le soir où c'était très lent

Memorable stay in the heart of the city in a charming hotel
Pros:

Amazing location, it was a short walk from the heart of the city and we could easily walk around even with kids and elders. The rooms were nice, and most of the staff were very helpful with guidance and tips for sightseeing. Special shout out to Zakeer, who went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one.

Cons:

Due to the narrow road, getting your cab till the hotel is mostly difficult which means you have to carry your luggage for a bit.

The only highlight it’s the receptionist and the fact that you are in the middle of Galata
Pros:

Amazing receptionist named Sadegh (i hope i spelt it correctly). Made the whole experience at this hotel very enjoyable and blessing. Very helpful, very nice and enjoyable to chat with. The first night we had issues with the high noise of the street, and he offered as much help as he could.

Cons:

1. Impossible to sleep on friday and saturday night. The hotel is next to a club and the noise is so high that the bed vibrates to it.
2. Small and uncozy toilet, difficult to brush your teeth or wash your hands without making a mess on the floor. Shower did not have a door
3. The room had a light bulb that was always switched on. The first night we could not sleep because of it

Персонал вежливый и улыбчивый, постоянно спрашивает, нужно ли чем то помочь.
Хоть и шумное, но хорошее расположение, метро рядом, также близко проезжают автобусы.
Для своей цены отель хорош.
Мы пробыли здесь 6 ночей, из них где-то 3 дня были dj party до 2-3х ночи, и это прямо под окном. В остальные дни просто музыка до 2х ночи. Но нам это понравилось, так как атмосфера хорошая. Рекомендую отель
