Pros:

Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Tianmen Mountain. Panie z recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne. Pokój przestronny z wygodnym łóżkiem.

Cons:

A beautiful town, but the hotel was terrible.
Pros:

The only advantage of the hotel was its location.

Cons:

The hotel is set up so that each floor contains something different, such as offices, another hotel, etc., which makes waiting for the elevator take a long time. The staff doesn’t understand anything in English and lacks knowledge about bookings made through Booking.com. The included breakfast is a scam—they send you to a nearby restaurant in the morning, where you have to pay for your meal despite having a reservation that includes breakfast. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired.

dissapointed on paid breakfast and felt like being deceived. everything else was great.
Pros:

good location and good room

Cons:

I am no sure whether booking.com issue or property issue. I paid extra for breakfast to be included. When I arrived, the property manager told us that they never serve breakfast for guests. Who was not telling the truth here?

Cons:

It was really dirty, the shower towels was smelly even when it supposed to be clean, and the breakfast incomplete, doesn't include drinks, fruit and/or bread.
Just the main and they serve it cold , without garnish

Good value for money, good location however shared areas especially lifts need to be cleaned
Pros:

Good location, good reception staff, good size room

Cons:

Lifts , May be shared by others in the building however, need to be cleaned. All three lifts were not clean or any sign of recent cleaning. Lobby full of smokers every time , especially near reception. My booking said breakfast included however no signs of arrangement for any options for breakfast in this hotel

Great hotel at a great location!
Pros:

Big, spacious and clean rooms! The hotel is located right next to the cableway to Tianmen Mountain and many good Chinese restaurants! The staff is also friendly and always found a solution for us!
