Spacious room comfortable bed large bathroom. All amenities provided except conditioner. Fine dining and generous breakfast.
James the manager was very helpful and made our
stay brilliant we definitely recommend they go above and beyond for you. Breakfast was delicious I will visit again
Good breakfast provided. Friendly, pleasant staff. Nice, clean accomodation with large rooms. Free on-site parking.
Restaurant not open for 2 of the nights of our stay, requiring a taxi journey for evening meals. Television a bit too small in relation to the size of the room. Not air conditioned so just a bit too warm on summer evenings.
Always stay here and would recommend to others. Staff are friendly, food's great, bar is excellent. What's not to love?
We had no issues. It was ideal for our overnight stay
Everything great
Nothing bad
Rooms are spacious and spotless, staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful and let me have an early checkin as my room was ready. James, general manager was so efficient and welcoming.
No complaints at all.
The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and cozy. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the backyard with a quiet stream and lush trees in plain view. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and advised us not to park on the streets as trucks /lorries often pass by. He told us to go through the narrow black gate to park. Lovely, small grocery store just a couple businesses away. Seamus Heaney's landmarks nearby.
We loved everything. It is in a great location between Derry and Belfast and easy to find.
Nice and clean.
Beautiful view of the river from our room.
Nothing to dislike
Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful view from bedroom window and spotlessly clean and spacious room.
Nothing
I do not normally leave reviews for the service industry as I feel they can be somewhat unreliable as each individual has their own tastes and standards. However I felt compelled to do so, not because the hotel was wholly poor but I feel it needs to either charge less or improve its offer to guests. It was centrally located in a good stop off point during our trip and the breakfast was decent.
This was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Ireland and as such did not represent good value for money given that we had experienced much better rooms, service and facilities at other hotels. The room was cold and the heating was not switched on at all during our one night stay. In addition the mattress was old and cheap making for a rather uncomfortable sleep.
good people.
