Pros:

Aircon.
Comfortness of the bed.

Cons:

Water is muddy when opening the taps.
Warm water pressure in the shower and basin was very low.
Room was not serviced the second day of stay.
We had to then ask for toiletpaper and clean toiletrolls.
Very heavy entrance gate that only operates manually.
