Pros:

I liked that the apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy and that the area was safe.
Aircon worked very well.

Cons:

1. No sink in the kitchen to rinse basic cutlery, glasses and plates or even a kitchen towel.
2. The gate having to be opened manually was inconvenience.
3. The shower had no hot water, only the Bathtub.
4. The lady who received us on arrival was not friendly.

Pros:

The caretaker was very kind and went out of her way to assist us.

Cons:

There was no water on the last day.
Toilet has problems( doesn't flush properly).
The shower is too tiny.
There's no sink in the kitchen.
