A hidden gem nestled away in a quiet area close to the old city
Pros:

This property was very close to the old town (walking distance) it was very clean, comfortable & the staff were very friendly The room was very big & the bathroom was clean

Pros:

The staff were very kind and approachable. The hotel is absolutely beautifully designed, and the design really matches the photos and expectations. Breakfast is good, but quite minimal. All necessary hotel amenities are present, and the place is very clean.

Cons:

A little difficult to find, even with a local taxi driver and speaking the local language. Google Maps or similar alternatives are definitely needed. However, once you figure out where to go, it is very close to the main town attractions. If you are going during very hot weather conditions (like we did), just keep in mind that the rooms are quite large, and the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the entire room and will definitely have to be left on during the night.

OK location, comfortable and pleasant. We did't try breakfast.

Good location, easy walk to major sites.

Cons:

WiFi was non existent on the top floor. Either the remote or A/C unit was uncooperative. We unplugged it.

Sao muito amáveis e trabalham muito para nós oferecer um super conforto!As instalações sao lindas , super bem decoradas e confortáveis!

Tudo perfeito! Localização fantástica ...se faz tudo a pé por Bukhara...ao lado do centro Maravilhoso!
Logo que se chega , nao se tem boa impressão pois fica num beco. Numa rua estreita....mas , depois que se vê a cidade e sabe se como foi construída entende se melhor.

El desayuno es muy variado y bueno. El colchón buenísimo, la limpieza y el personal. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Sehr gut & empfehlenswert
Pros:

Frühstück war perfekt. Lage war gut.
Personal war sehr gut und freundlich aber konnten wenig Englisch sprechen. Ich empfehle es trotzdem weiter!

Cons:

Beim ersten Blick war die Straße etwas kaputt und alt jedoch war das Hotel von innen sehr sehr schön, wie ein Traum

Authentisches Familen Betrieb mit großem Herz.
Pros:

Mir hat alles gefallen.
Die Zimmer sind traditionell gehalten welches perfekt zur Stadt passen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Der junge konnte gut Englisch und konnte uns meist helfen. Trotzdem war der rest des Familienbetrieb sehr bemüht gewesen uns zu unterstützen und war zu uns allen sehr Respektvoll gewesen.

Cons:

Reinigungsteam sollte etwas genauer Reinigen. (Kleinigkeiten)

Terrible room and breakfast

I liked the location as it was a 6 minute walk to the historic centre

Cons:

I was very dissatisfied with my room. As soon as we arrived there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom and into the bedroom. When we told the reception they came with an air freshener. We asked for a different room but they said they were fully booked.
We were staying for 3 nights but they said someone would attend to it the next day.
We had to sleep in the room with the bad toilet smell.
The next day no one came to see to drainage issue. They wouldn’t give us another room even though they were showing 7 rooms available on booking .com
We had to endure another night as I coildnt get in touch with booking. Com customer service which was another issue.
The next day I became quite ill and was nauseous and had to get quite angry with the reception and finally they moved us to a room in the basement with no window !! Even though they still had 7 rooms showing available on booking . Com
Communication with them was very difficult.
The breakfast was terrible, not like the pictures which showed plenty of fruit options. There were dried up pastry’s that looked that they had been there for days.
We decided to miss breakfast for our remaining days.
