Pros:

Zimmer war ok, sehr ruhige Gasse, hilfsbereit als es Probleme mit dem Taxi gab

Cons:

Frühstück im Keller, Qualität befriedigend, leider laut im Haus, check in um 3h nachts, Singen an der Rezeption, nimmt keine Debit- oder Credit Card, Fotos irreführend

Hotel bonito en un entorno feo.
Pros:

Está muy cerca del centro, aunque por unas callejuelas extrañas y solitarias, aunquenonos sentimos inseguros. La habitación grande y muy bonita, con aire acondicionado y WiFi que funcionan perfectamente. Todo muy nuevo y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La bañera debería tener por lo menos una cortina y debería poder pagar la habitación con tarjeta.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amina Hotel Bukhara with my family, and I cannot recommend it highly enough of this beautifully designed hotel.

The professional staff were exceptional—always courteous and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure our family's comfort and offered invaluable recommendations for local dining, guiding us to some of the best traditional Bukhara foods in the neighborhood.

Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, making it a great start to our day.

Overall, our stay was both memorable and enriching, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Amina Hotel, for an outstanding experience!

Pros:

Staff are warm and helpful, especially Grandpa. Location is excellent, all scenic spots are within walking distance, hotel decoration is beautiful and clean, and breakfast is very local foods, many varieties, and delicious, different from others' standard breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel and a comfortable stay
Pros:

Nice quiet hotel, away from the main roads but close enough to walk to the main sites. In-house set breakfast was a delight but no eggs.
Reception staff including Aziz and the uncle were very kind and helpful; made the whole experience very memorable.

Cons:

No housekeeping or replenishment of fresh towels etc

Great hotel, the older gentleman and lady who run the place were impeccable. Not so their son.
Pros:

We were charged $50 a room, roughly, for 4 rooms for one night. Amazing value and good location in the old town. Very close to everything, although not wheelchair friendly

Cons:

I got a notification that my room had been reduce to $19 per room per night... 2 days after we left the hotel. I understand that Uzbek people do not want to tell the tax man how much they earn.. but it is was a bit of a shock to see my room had been reduced in an official message from booking.com and no refund offered.. obviously a tax dodge.

Renewed hotel in the old part of Bukhara
Pros:

New hotel, with a lot of attention to details, nicely arranged, very clean. They also offer transportation for a fee to the railway station. Even though their english is almost non existing, you can communicate quite easily.
