amazing hotel with lovely people
Pros:

I found everything was perfect in relation to my expectations: it’s a very charming boutique hotel with wonderful restaurant and bar area . Same for the rooftop and the rooms. I felt very comfortable and it’s one of the hotels I will remember as opposed to Hotels I have seen.
Amazing friendly staff; at the reception and restaurant. It is though a bit pricy for the location but I would stay there again anytime.

Hôtel à découvrir absolument
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé ! Emplacement idéal, hôtel beau et très propre, le personnel nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse. J’ai déjeuné sur le rooftop,non seulement la vue sur l’océan est belle mais ce qu’on y mange est top . Le soir après un apéritif sur le rooftop au sunset , j’ai aussi testé le restaurant du bas le Fish bar et franchement je recommande . Chic et bon .Je regrette seulement de n’avoir séjourné au Palazzo qu’un seule nuit . Je reviendrai

Great stay
Pros:

The location is great, just outside the Medina. The Staff are so helpful and will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, they are very caring and full of recommendations. Siham the manager has built a great team of people to deliver the goods, in particular Fatima Ezzahra on reception, Malika and her team in Housekeeping, Hassam, Abdo and Nasima in the restaurant. The staff in the bar on the roof terrace were also great. The breakfast is very nice too, well done every one and thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons:

the recommendation of the "Spa Cocooning and Hammam" wasn't great and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was clean but the treatment was well below standard, actually a total joke.

Lovely location and spacious clean room. Slightly or down by a couple of members of staff.

Excellent location and lovely large room beautifully clean and very well maintained during our stay.

Cons:

We were disappointed by the refusal to provide us with a simple takeaway breakfast for our last morning. We had to leave early to catch a bus and when we asked about a takeaway breakfast were told no as we hadn’t ordered it in enough time. The hotel notes did not specify this. We felt they could have given us some bread, water and perhaps a bit of fruit as we hadn’t ordered paid for that day’s breakfast. Just felt the staff member was not that interested or bothered. We also experienced this lack of care when on the roof garden to be told the heaters weren’t working. Just felt they couldn’t be bothered.
Other staff members were excellent.
Shame as the rest of the stay was good.
