Super, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!
Pros:

Super nettes Personal in allen Bereichen!!! Parken direkt am Hotel. Super Frühstück und a la carte am Abend! Sehr schöne Lage in den "Weißen Karpaten" nahe zur Grenze CZ. Direkter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen vom Hotel aus. Schwimmbad öffnet schon um 6:00 Uhr morgens, so dass man schon vor dem Frühstück ein paar Bahnen schwimmen kann.

Všetko sa mi u vas pač̣ilo👌priatelska komunikacia celeho presonalu k ubytovanim hostom, ochota, izby boli č̣iste a útulne, ranajky boli velmi bohate na vyber a velmi chutne, wellness bol úẓ̌asny👌bazeny, sauny a virivka boli ciste , prostredie je tam uzasne🏞👌proste topka🤗Urcite sa k vam vratim 👌

Jedine č̣o my vadilo boli tie lehatka pri bazene alebo na terase velmi tvrde na lezanie...

Overall good, I recommend.
Pros:

Perfect and beautiful location, peaceful. Nice hotel, tasty food. Staff is helpful. My husband had birthday and received a frizzante along with pianist playing for him. Spa is enjoyable, nice sauna.

Cons:

Our room faced the back and there was only one window so it felt a bit cramped. The trap door in the hallway was loud in the morning and evening. There was a wedding Saturday night and we could hear the bass of the music the whole night.
Children are not allowed in the spa after 5 pm.

Snídaně i lokalita byly naprosto výjimečné. Výhledy dechberoucí.

Cons:

Online check-in, naprosto nepochopitelně vždy vyplněná a dokončená osoba skočila na konec, je to nepřirozené. A jelikož asi u 3 jmen bylo předvyplněné jméno hlavního cestujícího, tak mi dalo zabrat, než jsem na to přišla.

Wellnesshotel in ruhiger, wunderschöner Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, es gibt Wanderwege direkt vom Hotel aus. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wir waren früher dran, weil wir noch wandern wollten und konnten problemlos früher einchecken.
