Cons:

The receptionist charged 50€ extra for a private bathroom. The rooms were smelly and in an old clumsy building. There werent any glasses to drink water. When asked the receptionist didnt have the glasses. Only one of the rooms had a kettle.

Average for a quick trip.
Pros:

The location was ok. Hotel is in front of the tram and on a 5 min walk theres a train station.

Cons:

There were 2 dustbins, 1 in the room and other one in the bathroom. Both were full of garbage. I imagine it was from the previous visitors.
There are not many shops around the hotel.

Gunstig gelegen vlak bij een tramhalte

Cons:

Het kan wat onderhoud gebruiken, maar het hotel heeft net 2 maanden een nieuwe eigenaar en zijn plannen met het hotel klinkt hoopgevend!

Im Zimmer war ein großes Bett 2 Nachtische und nur auf einer Seite Steckdosen
Fernseher das Sofa und der Schreibtisch im Zimmer hat gefehlt
Vorbeugender Brandschutz wurde vernachlässigt da kein Rauchwarnmelder im Zimmer über den Feuerlöscher auf dem Flur war ein Kabel gerollt. Es gab nur ein Hauttreppenhaus das auch als Flucht und Rettungsweg dient

Good value for money, if you can go over some things.
Pros:

Staff (owner) was brilliant. Helpful, available, pleasant, all the best for staff I could say.
From answering questions, dealing with requests (all of them were dealt in positive manner toward our requests), so all in all best thing about this facility is him (owner).

Cons:

We changed 2 or 3 rooms, some were really bad, from bathroom without shower and shower in room, with beds, closets and all other things that are overused, broken or simply not maintained. Also, there were cockroaches, or some orange bugs showed up occasionally.
This hotel needs good renovation.
