Staff was friendly and great location

Cons:

Room was not cleaned when I arrived, started cleaning some of it myself until I found used feminine products in one of the trash cans. Had multiple rooms and they changed one without informing me only found out when checking in. Still haven't received a clear answer on what is being done to rectify the issue.

I’ll be back me and my family enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Nika I’m not sure how Yu spell her name but she was so caring and understanding and helpful with me and my stay after being in a house fire and coming to stay here was warm feeling, breakfast is good as well great friendly staff all around!!

Perfect for a family!
Pros:

Spacious. Very clean and inviting.

Cons:

If I had to comment about anything it would be that the water took a long time to get hot and the hot was more like warm.

We could have enjoyed our stay if we had a nice hot shower!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great!! The staff was great . Beds slept comfortably. Love the area!!

Cons:

We didn’t have no hot water the entire stay and it was 5 of us. We couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi on the tv.

Although under renovation, the room was comfortable and roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Pros:

In spite of the hotel undergoing renovation, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were very comfortable and the five of us had lots of room with everything we needed. The staff apologized for the state of the hotel and were very accommodating and kind.

Cons:

Since the hotel was under renovation, the option of breakfast was not available. We were told there would be to go options, but there weren't any. We understood about the renovation, but we were hoping to have some breakfast options.

Overall it was a nice stay..front desk was very personable and probably the highlight of the stay..beds were comfortable as was the whole room

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing..I traveled a bit and was going to travel back that day and was really just looking for something warm in my belly...oatmeal maybe

Pros:

This hotel is a gem. It was clean and ridiculously well appointed. They a great spread for breakfast and the room was comfortable. If you are in need of a extended stay, this is your spot. The staff was wonderful especially Erin at the front desk. Give it a go for sure.
