Todo, propietario muy cercano, excelente ubicación, habitación super limpia, ducha con buena presión de agua y colchón comodísimo, 100% recomendable, si vuelvo a visitar Úbeda no dudaré en repetir.

Un cómodo y correcto lugar para conocer la zona.
Pros:

La ubicacion;: de fácil acceso desde la entrada a la ciudad y cerca del centro pero no demasiado, lo que hace que se encuentre en una zona tranquila pero cercana al casco histórico.
La relación calidad- precio es excelente.
Hay lugares cercanos interesantes para desayunar, ir a comer o comprar aceite.
Muy recomendable.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas: un poco pequeñas.

Pros:

El alojamiento precioso , muy tranquila la zona y muy cómodo para moverte por Úbeda al estar en el centro , una churrería enfrente buenísima y el trato con el anfitrión estupendo , en todo momento pendiente de todo , muy recomendable y volveré la próxima vez que visité Úbeda

Pros:

The owner of the apartment is nice and helpful,the room has little fridge and microwave what is really helpful during summer days,at least some cold water could be always a available. Room is recently renovated thus bathroom is very stylish and confortable.Moreover i liked the location,since there was no problem with parking place nearby and all tourist attractions are within 10min of walk.I do recommend this place
