При положение че пише че има паркинг, се оказа че е пълен гаража им и ни казаха да обикаляме и да си търсим място.

Паркингът е много стръмен и неудобен. Около хотела е синя зона.

Otopark var dendi ancak bodruma aşırı eğimli bir iniş gerçekleştirmeniz gerekiyor. Asıl problem de bozuk ve topraklanmış zemin sebebi ile otoparktan çıkış. Asla ama asla otoparkı kontrol etmeden inmeyin. Hatta hiç inmeyin. Aslında otopark yok.

Misleading listing. I booked this hotel for one reason: it advertised free private parking. That turned out to be untrue.

When we arrived, we were told the parking was full and were simply instructed to park on the street, where there was no available parking. When I pointed out that the hotel advertises free private parking, the response was, "Well, you should have called." Nowhere in the listing does it state that parking is subject to availability, requires a reservation, or is limited.

We immediately asked the manager to cancel our reservation and issue a refund because the hotel was unable to provide one of the main amenities it advertised. She refused, told us to "settle it with Booking.com," and showed absolutely no willingness to help. Her attitude was arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. At no point did she attempt to find a solution or show any concern for the situation she had helped create.

I immediately contacted Booking.com and spoke with Hassan, who promised to help by either canceling our reservation or relocating us. He said he would send instructions by email. We waited in our car with blinkers on in the summer heat for well over an hour. That email never arrived.

We spent another half hour driving around the area looking for parking, but there was none. Following the hotel's advice, we parked in an EV charging space while desperately trying to reach Booking.com again. Before anyone helped us, our car was fined. Ironically, the manager had assured us that parking regulations were not enforced at that time of day.

What should have been a simple two-night business trip turned into an entire day of stress, wasted time, and unnecessary expense.

To make matters worse, the entrance to the hotel was blocked by parked motorcycles, making it difficult for guests and pedestrians to pass.

The hotel's listing is misleading, and the management refused to take any responsibility for the consequences.

Parking access is bad.Slope is too sharp and makes damages to the cars that are entering it without exception.Practically they should not announce parking in advertising before access is repaired.

Единственият минус е подземният гараж. Наклонът му е доста голям, което затруднява влизането и излизането, особено за по-ниски леки коли.

Den Parkplatz habe ich nicht genutzt, weil das Parkddeck es eine beindruchend steile Einfahrt hat und das Personal Zweifel hatte, ob ich mit meinem Fahrzeug da wieder raus komme.
