Cons:

I stayed at the property for three nights. While the hotel itself was pleasant, I experienced a serious incident on my final day — money was stolen from my in-room safe. I immediately informed the staff, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and showed little concern. It’s deeply disappointing to witness such a blatant theft and complete lack of accountability.

Everything was either not yet ready or run by a separate company and came at considerable extra cost. For an expensive h

The rooms were clean.

Cons:

This was a soft opening so most facilities were unavailable and staff weren’t quite sure what they were doing or how everything worked. We were not informed of this in advance and were charged full price. The experience was very poor for how expensive the rooms were.

A beautiful
Pros:

The employees of the hotel were very friendly and went the extra mile to make my stay the best it could be. I had a very important event and they were very helpful in making sure my clothes were ironed etc for that event. The hotel is beautiful particularly the pool/beach area. Also it is in a nice location, which allowed me to easily get into Batroun to enjoy the night life.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is that the maximum temperature of the shower I would classify as warm and not hot. Also there were occasional very brief (~ a few seconds in duration) power flickers.

Cons:

It is old. No where near the main area. Expensive and double the price of everywhere else just to be made to feel like scum. Cannot use pool without being cross examined. Front desk lost my laundry and tried to blame me that I didn't send it but later found it. Shower was broken upon check in- although they fixed the leak- they did not replace the towels. We called for hours- they gave us two hand towels and finally said they had no more. Tried to charge us $11usd tax per night then when we asked why they said not tax, it's parking- for what? We didn't even have a car? Lady at pool grabbed me by the arm on the last day of our stay- we didn't end up swimming there- we went elsewhere because they were so rude.

Ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in Batroun – charmant, ruhig und voller lokaler Herzlichkeit, trotz leichtem
Pros:

Batroun ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit entspannter Atmosphäre, charmanten Cafés und herrlicher Lage am Meer. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, und auch außerhalb der Hochsaison spürt man den besonderen Charakter der Stadt. Es war ein ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit vielen schönen Eindrücken.

Der Strand könnte besser gereinigt.

Very beautifull
Pros:

The pool and terrace are gorgeous, staff absolutely lovely. Was there at end of season so very quiet and rooftop closed but im sure thats also nice. Beds are firm and ac works very well.
