Pros:

Be batroun was a beautiful and lovely stay. Lovely and friendly staff, very helpful and very welcoming. The whole stay felt luxury, the only recommendation I would have is for the service around the pool sometimes you wait a long time, and they forget your order, happened a few times but it’s ok these things happen. Great stay highly recommend ♥️

Great for a beach getaway
Pros:

It really has everything, music, pool, sea, bar, food. It's not huge, so you can relax very well too. It's a 5min walk outside of the old town, which made it quiet. The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It was really nice for a short city escape trip.

A beautiful
Pros:

The employees of the hotel were very friendly and went the extra mile to make my stay the best it could be. I had a very important event and they were very helpful in making sure my clothes were ironed etc for that event. The hotel is beautiful particularly the pool/beach area. Also it is in a nice location, which allowed me to easily get into Batroun to enjoy the night life.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is that the maximum temperature of the shower I would classify as warm and not hot. Also there were occasional very brief (~ a few seconds in duration) power flickers.
