Big shoutout to Maria from Guest Relations! Because of her, I’ll always stay at Be Batroun when I visit and will recommend it to my friends. She’s so helpful, her smile makes you feel at home, and she guided us to the best places. 200% amazing. Also, Omar, Rabie & Ahmad at the pool gave us the best service

The staff were too nice and kept asking if there is something wrong, but what to say ! enlarge the shower, or the room or teh finishing or teh smell or...

Cons:

In addition to above, I would like to mention that the finishing is is so cheap, the shower space bearely fit a regular person and the smell from the wash basin comes out from drainage whcih I covered by wet towel adn closed teh bathroom at night.
The road leading to teh hotel entrance is off-road
The parking is availble but the valet must take the car to park it out and when asking for it I'll have to wait for smoetime especially if there is another guest arriving

Pros:

The view. However, the beach is not well prepared.

The value paid is a way too high for what you get.
The breakfast is a set menu, not an open buffet with very limited options.
The noise from outside to the room was too loud.
The whole space of the resort is too small.
You can get a big suite in movenpick for less than what you pay here.

Would not stay here again.
Cons:

First of all, the road leading to the hotel is unpaved and dusty, with only the immediate entrance area being properly finished. There were only a few parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, enough for approximately 4–5 cars, and they were all occupied when we arrived. We were therefore instructed to leave our car in a large parking area further away. We then had to walk for several minutes, dragging our luggage over dirt and dust. Despite the staff knowing that we had parked there, no one came to assist us with our bags.
The lobby itself was quite nice, and we were given the two rooms we had booked. However, as soon as I entered the first room, I was immediately hit by a very strong smell of dampness and moisture. Looking around, I could actually see signs of moisture around the air-conditioning vent.
I went to reception and explained that I could not stay in a room with such a strong damp smell, especially considering the potential health concerns associated with excessive moisture and mold. The first response I received was: “Would you like some spray to remove the smell?” As a doctor, I found this response quite concerning. Spray may cover a smell, but it obviously does not solve the underlying moisture problem.
I asked to be moved to another room. To be fair, the receptionist was very kind and helpful and arranged another room for us.
Unfortunately, the problems continued. In one of the rooms, taking a shower resulted in water leaking all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom layout was also very impractical: the toilet is positioned approximately 20 cm from the shower entrance, making it uncomfortable to get in and out.
In the room where I slept, the mosquito screen was defective and not clean, which meant that opening the window was not really an option. There was also considerable noise coming from a motorhome/RV in very poor condition located next to the hotel.
Our second room was on the second floor.
