Location at its best. Rite in the heart of the entertainment scene. Accessible to many bars, restaurants and shops.
The hotel condition somehow has gone down a little. It is doing minor work on their smoke detectors and sprinklers system. Thus if you stay in room during the day, you can hear the noises til around 630pm when they stopped work. The price per night also has gone up a little compared to before.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property.
Location - situated at the end of Walking Street with constantly blasting music until past 0400. Room - after looking at 3 different rooms as none matched the description, I settled for the ‘better’ looking one as I had travelled all day and was exhausted only to realise that despite the ‘No Smoking’ signs, someone had been smoking in there. I raised the issues with Booking.com at 0400 as I was still wide awake due to the music and told them that I would be leaving and not completing the remainder to my stay. Only 1 night out of 3 and that I would like a refund for the 2 unused nights. Finally managed to get around 2 hours sleep and packed and left the room. Speaking to the ‘reception’ which was like something out of a horror movie - think The Shining, they said they could have offered a room in another building, to which I replied why didn’t you then whilst I was inspecting the rooms the night before?!! After what seemed like a lifetime, the obnoxious female staff member was blatantly refusing a refund of the unused nights, for the sake of my sanity and wellbeing, I left for a much better hotel and caught up on my sleep. If you do stay at this ‘Luxury’ hotel (believe me there is nothing LUXURY about it) then you have been warned. Take your well earned cash elsewhere!!!!!

Emplacement centrale et chambre grande (a savoir que nous avons réservé une chambre premium).
Fuyez absolument cet hôtel !!!! Il est horrible, en plein milieu de la rue festive du Vietnam. Impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin. A partir de 6h du matin, ils commencent à faire des travaux très bruyant donc nous avons maximum 4h de sommeil par nuit. Et ce n'est pas tout, les toilettes... Nous n'avons pas pu nous servir des toilettes de la chambre, ils étaient bouchés, avec du caca coincé en haut... Les toilettes ont même débordés dans toute la salle de bain. Je ne recommande à personne cet hotel !!! Il est à absolument éviter.

The hotel was in the middle of the night life where the noise was there until 2 am. All the restaurants around wrere very pricey.
