Central location. Many food & eateries around. Walking 100m to the most happening pub streets with all night long entertainment & drinking bars. Many convenient stores around as well.
Room is spacious with an actual clean bath tub & shower area. A/C is cold. Many power points for your electronic device charging. Bed is comfy.
Elevator is quite small. There isn't a proper lobby available. Just a small front desk assistance to help you with your check in process. But overall, check in experience is still great.
They provide shower gel & shampoo in small sachet packs (similar to ketchup sauce size).
The staff and location was great. So close to beer street, food and shopping. Staff were super friendly and very helpful in organising tours.
The beds and pillows were so hard and the towels were so worn they had holes in them.
Close to walking street and great food places especially the hungry pig !!
Little noisy late at night early AM but fine
I didn't like anything
I arrived at 10 PM on my booked day and the room wasn't ready. They said the door was broken. They offered me a room at another hotel, which I refused. They told me to come back the next morning and the room would be ready. I came back the next day, and the room still wasn't ready because there was no one to fix the door. I lost two days of my vacation because of them. I've never met anyone worse.

I liked the friendly helpful staff.
The room was fair, the amount of noise from neighbors made it difficult to sleep, the price for what I got was not as good as other places in Vietnam.
The location is fabulous if you don't mind noise at night as it is right next to the main party street. It is so convenient to walk to the market, restaurants and cafes.

The room size is really good and better than most hotels in that area. The rest of the room could use a little maintenance.
The area has many restaurants, 711 & circle k all over, and many gyms and very close to a park
ROOMS: Every room i stayed in (401, 901, 902, 202) had an issue, from clogged shower drain, mold, AC not blowing cold, broken windows, old mattrass. Whenever i told the front desk person, he said he'll get someone to come fix it, never did. When i told the manager she tried to gasslight me as if the things i mentioned arent real.
STAFF: very rude and not helpful at all. Any time you go to staff they're on their phone playing games, shopping. try to solve whatever problem you have the moment you get the room if not it won't be solved. Only thing they're there for is to check you in and out.
