Absolutely horrible and would never stay there again
Pros:

I did not like anything about this property. The room did not look like the photos. The staff were rude. It wasn’t a very pleasing experience, specially not as a solo traveller.

Cons:

My room wasn’t cleaned. They were trying to tell me that I didn’t pay upon arrival even though I had statements that I did. The staff was really rude when I had enough of everything that was going on and I asked for my money back to move to a new hotel as I was not happy with my experience. Then the owner kicked me out and told me I’m not welcome even though I still had seven days booked to stay there. She was trying to say that I’m not allowed to stay there any more as I was upset with how messy the hotel room was left and she was trying to refuse to refund me the money.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum , jedynym minusem był hałas do 4 nad ranem ponieważ hotel mieści się na ulicy gdzie są same dyskoteki.

Pros:

Tuve que salir de emergencia a reservar porque me estafaron en dos lugares en landmark 81. Cancelaron mi vuelo entonces necesitaba solamente para una noche. La reserva fue muy rápida y prepararon la habitación en menos de una hora. El personal muy amable. Cumplió con lo que necesitaba: poder dejar la maleta, ducharme y descansar un rato antes de ir al aeropuerto

Cons:

Está literalmente en el medio del centro y del caos de la noche. Yo buscaba descansar (si hubiesen sido más noches la pasaba muy mal). Si vas con amigos o en plan salir de noche a pasear es ideal. Tener en cuenta que hay mucho olor a humo y comida por los restaurantes alrededor. El acceso es bastante incómodo si llegas en taxi porque hay gente caminando en la calle todo el tiempo

It's an old apartment that looks better in the pictures. Toilet leaking and seat broken. The shower handled falling off. Water damaged ceiling and walls. Aircondioner old and leaks.

Будьте готовы к тому что бронирование для отеля в принципе ничего не значит.Нас просто отказались заселять,несмотря на бронирование.Персонал,точнее 2 человека на стойке ресепшен,нам заявили что есть 1 всего 1 номер,он ещё не подготовлен и нужно подождать пока его уберут.Это несмотря на то что мы заранее писали в отель что приедем в 19:00! А вообще заселение с 14:00…мы конечно очень расстроились,но решили подождать пока номер всё-таки приберут.Персонал,когда услышал что мы готовы подождать,сразу же нашел следующую причину нас не заселять.Нам сказали что номер не открывается и что дверь в номере заклинило…ну и соответственно нам 4 раза предложили отменить через букинг наше бронирование…мы сказали что подождём пока замок всё-таки откроют…в ответ на это нам стали откровенно намекать на то что нас заселять никто не собирается и что всё-таки нужно чтобы мы отменили бронирование прямо сейчас и за это они нам помогут найти другой отель,но только после отмены бронирования! Мы,если честно,такой наглости вообще не ожидали…Потеряли 40 минут нашего времени,отказались отменять бронирование и уехали самостоятельно искать новый отель.Естественно я сразу написал о случившемся инциденте в службу поддержки букинг.Отель же в свою очередь ответил представителю букинга,что мы просто не приехали к ним:)…так что примите к сведению эту ситуацию и по возможности избегайте брони в этом отеле!
