Er was niemand die Nederlands sprak en dit in België😮 we kregen geen uitleg, reservatie werd niet gecontroleerd. De hygiene liet veel te wensen over, stof en spinnenwebben.

Beh diciamo che per aver pagato 60€ a notte a persona e mi ritrovo con la tenda nella doccia insomma non è un gran che, poi il bagno è completamente aperto in altezza quindi non c'è privacy, mancanza anche di un frigo
Accoglienza non delle migliori,dsbi sempre chiamare perché sono nel ristorante

La vista de la habitacion, era luminosa, la ubicacion muy buena. La atencion del recepcionista me parecio correcta.
La ropa de cama era linda!

Cons:

El hotel se esta cayendo a pedazos. La cerradura literalmente se caiga (por suerte cerraba) los muebles se los veia dañados, por dentro muchas de las intalaciones tambien estaban dañadas.
Se ve que tiene muy poco amor, las cosas en la haitacion àrecian que las habian tirado. La tabla del inhodoro estaba manchada por lo que parecia sucia.
La persona que tienen en la recepcion trabaja como camarero en el bar de al lado, por lo tanto no esta presente en la la misma todo tiempo. Si estas buscando calidad en la atencion, este no es tu hotel. Pienso que si le pusieran un poco mas de atencion a los detalles cambiaria ampliamente la experiencia.

Prima locatie voor enkele dagen Brugge en doe 's avonds de ramen dicht.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie. De auto kon dichtbij geparkeerd worden. Vanuit het hotel was je op korte afstand van de vele musea en je stapt vanuit de deur zo het historische en gezellige Brugge in. Voor het ontbijt, eenvoudig maar voldoende, was ook glutenvrij brood aanwezig. Dat was fijn.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt aan een straat waar 's avonds wat uitgaanspubliek loopt. verderop zat een café waar het lang gezellig bleef. De volgende avond hebben we maar met ramen dicht geslapen.
