Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The place overall has a bad smell when you walk in, the carpets look dirty and worn. The place need redecorating the walls are chipped of paint and scuffed. The bathroom was dated and dirty, Staines on the shower curtain and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Window frames was filthy and finger prints on the windows in the room. Rust shower pole and hairs in the bath.
Bed was comfy but the room conditions let it down sadly I wouldn't stay again.

The room was a decent size but the Hotel was lacking in any atmosphere and it was rather isolated.
Cons:

Reception wasn't manned when we arrived and it took 15 minutes to manage to find someone to help us check-in.
The room was dull and the staff were aloof. There was a lack of a friendly atmosphere.
The water in the bathroom basin was difficult to control and the plug did not fit the plughole.

A good stopover place . Basic , cheap and the rooms are always spotlessly clean

It’s a good stopover place between Devon/Cornwall and the north . It’s cheap , food and drinks cheap and it’s always spotlessly clean . Staff are always lovely .

You get what you pay for , it’s no frills basic accommodation

The room was a little tired.

Ordered breakfast with the room rate.
Im gluten free.... dont bother _ worst food I've ever had.( morning bar staff. Not very helpful)
Only one slice of bread for my full English . Soo hard I couldn't eat it.
Hash brown in_edible
Asked for two sausages ( received one)
Husband had 4 quorn sausages!!!
Happy to stay. Will find somewhere else for breakfast.

Love the location and the staff are always helpful. Always good value for money 💰 been coming here 26 years. Will use again

The whole place could do with a revamp .the beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms need real work on . Just needs miney spent on it.

Pros:

The room was very clean and a fan was present on arrival which was a blessing in the heat. The decor is dated but without offline time or Capex to modernise it did the job. The food was good and staff in the restaurant were friendly

Cons:

There was an entire day/night the hotel desk was unmanned. This made it hard to request some bits for the room so we ended up buying coffee at the bar. It was also left messy until the cleaner came in the next day, glasses on the side and rubbish outside.

Pros:

The location is great for Bristol Airport. Prices of food and drink are very good. The staff were great. There is no aircon but the room had a fan, which was helpful to cool it a bit. Free parking overnight was a bonus.

Cons:

The mattress was quite hard so having a good night's sleep was tricky.
