The restaurant and bar is very big, and menu has lots of choices and good value for money.
The staff were all helpful and friendly.
Very good value for a nights stay, so will use again in the future.

Very cheap but you get what you pay for. It was ok for one night before going to bristol airport
It smelt a bit damp and it could do with a refurb bit it was ok.
Good location
On the way to the room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which unfortunately continued inside the room.
The room itself felt very tired, dated, and unclean. There were visible cracks in the walls, stains on the threadbare carpet, and the bathroom was particularly poor. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. There were also no plug sockets by the bed.
I appreciate this was a budget-priced stay, but that should not equate to poor cleanliness or overall standards.
Value for money. Good stop over before flight. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Close to where we needed to be
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock, the staff in the restaurant were not very informative about the breakfast, we personally would choose another hotel in future
The hotel was very good with pleasant staff.
I used the onsite restaurant most night and the staff and service was appalling. The queue to order food and drink was terrible because even though there was 2-3 staff only one could serve. Not a place togo and eat.
Stayed a few times, very convenient for yatton. Good clean facilities, that give you what you need. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Would recommended.

Could not close and lock the bedroom windows again. Had same room nbr 14 as last visit 3rd Jan when I pointed it out.

Rooms clean but looking a bit tired. I was in room 1 and it looks a hangover from the 1980’s. Could do with a refresh. Nevertheless it was clean and comfortable.
