Хотелът е наистина уникално място за почивка. Стаите са номерирани като домино и това беше супер яко, като добавя оригинален чар и атмосфера. Аз бях в стая 2/2, която имаше хубава баня, което аз ценя, и удобно легло. Лобито е супер арт, като детайли като маймуните с факлите, въжетата и цялостната концепция са изпипани до най-малкия елемент. Градинката е зелена и спокойна, идеална за отдих. Ресторантът е на високо ниво, персоналът е учтив и усмихнат, а локацията е отлична, близо до плажа и центъра на Лозенец. Атмосферата е спокойна и приятелска, перфектно място за релакс.

A very good place in the lovely Lozenets
Pros:

We really liked the place with its garden, nice restaurant, as well as the proximity to Hasienda beach.

Cons:

The upholstered headboard of the bed was dirty and it stunk. We could see the stains. We covered it with a sheet, yet it was not nice.

Cons:

The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, but the cleanliness could be improved. The floor and bathroom were not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell. With a little more attention and control over the cleaning staff, the overall experience could be much better.

Липса на синхрон и организация между екипа!
Не знаеха колко човека сме, при условие, че има направена резервация! В ресторанта не бяха наясно колко човека сме и си плащайщхме две от закуските, които трябваше да влизат в цената. Дребни неща, които правят впечатление. Иначе мястото е много приятно!
Надявам се да е било инцидентно при мен. Иначе го препоръчвам..

Great hotel with super nice staff, but avoid the “brother” restaurant
Pros:

The rooms were really nice and quite big (especially the studio) and rrally comfortable. The Staff also very nice and responsive.

Cons:

The cleanliness was good, but not every day done.
The most unpleasant thing tough was the sharing area with the Friends restaurant, where apart of the noise during the evening, the service staff was rude and dismissive. They refused wirh arrogance to serve a drink in an afternoon when the restaurant was empty. We never came back to eat here (the food was not magnifique either), but found plenty of nice other restaurants to eat good and be treated politly.
