Great stay,will be back!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The whole place was lovely and modern,the food was delicious and our room was very comfy and clean.

Landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen
Pros:

Gepflegtes Ambiente, mit einfachen aber gemütlichen Zimmern.
Restaurant ist im Komplex integriert.
Für Wanderfreunde ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, Bus-Haltestelle vor der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Hotel ist sehr einsam gelegen, privates Transportmittel wünschenswert, da nächste Ortschaft > 5 km entfernt ist.

Very nice motel - good value especially for a small group
Pros:

Very nice motel at entrance to Peak District National Park. Self check-in. Rooms beautifully conceived - Peak-chic meets a Raymond Carver short story - simple, beautiful materials, retro/timeless, thick Grandma-cool curtains and somehow ok net curtain, lots of wood. View of cows and Peaks. Breakfast is full English or bust in pub. I brought an instant porridge - kettle in room and extra tea provisions at receptions. 8 mile trail to Chatsworth.As all the rooms have extra beds could be a real value option for a group. Bath! I was charmed.

Nice, room, friendly staff, good food but overpriced
Pros:

Hotel was very comfortable and newly refitted to a good standard. The restaurant food was of good quality and staff friendly .

Cons:

I was disappointed when I was told for dinner it was an All You Can Eat for a fixed fee of £24.95 when in fact there was a limited menu I wasn't made aware of until the next morning . I would have rather paid less for a light meal I'd have preferred .
Breakfast was also of good quality which I paid for in advance only to be told in the morning that fruit juice and other items were extras and would cost additional fees, although some were laid out amongst the buffet . The staff also seems confused and said the charges kept changing . It's a former Premier Inn and Chatsworth have done a nice job with the revamp but I felt a little cheated

Cons:

There was only one member of staff in breakfast who was rushing around. It took about 10 mins to be served and at that time there was only3 people in the restaurant.otherwise every thing was great
