Additionally, Booking.com ignored our complaint and closed the case by offering only a €10 credit
Pros:

We had been staying at this hotel for the past 4–5 years, usually 1–2 times per year, and we used to like it a lot. However, over time, the quality has gradually declined.

On the positive side, the hotel is nicely located, and the staff is helpful.

Cons:

The quality of the accommodation was poor, and the facilities were outdated, with no visible renovations or maintenance. Even basic amenities, such as the lights, were not working.

What was even worse, breakfast was included and advertised as a buffet (“Swedish tables”), but when we arrived at the dining room, the tables were empty. After we complained, we were brought a single plate of food that had been found in the kitchen, without being asked about our preferences.

To make matters worse, there was only cold water in the shower, which was extremely unpleasant and ultimately the last straw for us. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.

Stay at the hotel was very disappointing which I didn’t expect.

Nothing much but the night guy was very helpful.

Almost everything as the room was not clean specially the toilets, the hotel was very disappointing as it was nothing like what was shown on the pictures.
