We are not satisfied with the service provided given to us.
Pros:

The location of the hotel which is near to the pick up point and easy to get transport.

Cons:

The place was noisy. We could not sleep well. The room service is lousy, we called for room service no one reply. We requested for extra towel at the counter also no one give.

Nice overnight stay
Pros:

Location is great, away from buzzling busy streets of bukit bintang. Klcc has everything you need. Dining, shopping, cinema, scenery as well.

Cons:

On 31st most roads are closed to get to the hotel. We walked from saloma bridge around 10-15mins.
