Pros:

Es war wirklich perfekt! Vor allem die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten, aber niemals aufdringlichen Mitarbeiter! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt! Das Hotel selber ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber alles topp in Ordnung! Es ist picobello sauber, einbesonderes Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen! Parken, e-Tanken möglich, alles topp! Herausragend ist das Restaurant, wir haben jeden Abend dort gegessen und alles war ausgezeichnet! Auch hier wieder die Freundlichkeit, fast familiär❤️ und, es haben sehr viele Italiener hier gegessen, was natürlich auch ein Qualitätsmerkmal ist!

Cons:

Nun, das Hotel liegt an einer Straße, also mit seeblick buchen, herrlicher Ausblick, Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus zu sehen, toll!
Ein Schrank oder Regal wäre schon gut gewesen, aber ging schon!
Etwas nervig ist die Beleuchtung der Balkone, das verstehe ich nicht, ist schon etwas hell!

Amazing hotel at a good location

חדרים נוחים, בחדר עם הנוף לאגם היה נוף מקסים, מסעדה טובה מאד, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד עם מגוון דברים וקפה איטלקי טוב, צוות המלון והמסעדה מאד נחמד ושירותי

Cons:

המרפסת משותפת עם חדרים שכנים, חייבים להקפיד לנעול את היציאה למרפסת. למי שהמטרה שלו היא אגם גארדה כדאי לקחת בחשבון שהנסיעה ברכב מהמלון לאגם נמשכת כחצי שעה.

Heerlijk hotel met prachtig uitzicht
Pros:

Prachtig nieuw hotel met uitzicht op het meer. Geweldig restaurant en vreselijk aardig personeel. Heerlijke koffie en ontbijt. Parkeerplaats naast het hotel.

Kamer was nieuw en mooi maar niet heel groot.

Le personnel - surtout le patron mais aussi tout le monde dans le restaurant - était génial, souriant, sympa, aimable, professionnel.
On a très bien mangé au restaurant le soir- et le petit-déjeuner était excellent aussi
