Наше пребывание здесь было очень приятным и запоминающимся! С самого первого дня сотрудники встретили нас очень тепло и искренне. Отдельное огромное спасибо Шахзоде за её помощь, заботу и искреннее отношение к нам ❤️После поездки в Самарканд и Бухару мы вернулись именно сюда и решили остаться ещё на 3 дня. Отдельная благодарность сотрудницам по уборке они даже позаботились о нашей машине 😅 Это было очень неожиданно и невероятно приятно, Спасибо всей команде отеля за такое тёплое, искреннее и человеческое отношение. Таких добрых и отзывчивых людей действительно в Узбекистане.Обязательно будем рады вернуться сюда снова!

Clean and modern with a lovely swimming pool. Location near Seoul Mun and Museum of Applied Arts was good. Not close to central city, Chorsu etc, so not good if that’s what you’re after.

Хорошее месторасположение. Наверное, через год здесь будет ещё круче, потому что местами идут ремонтные работы плюс, надеюсь, доработают некоторые моменты.
Наличие бассейна - класс! В 39-градусную жару хорошо было охладиться.
Мы жили в вилле, оказалось, что основной вход в неё со второго этажа, было необычно :) внутри всё новое, чистое.
При заселении нас угостили витаминным напитком и мороженым :)
Завтрак вполне хороший. Да, яйца жарить самим, но нас это не напрягало. Поправилось, что были фрукты на завтрак.
Сотрудники доброжелательные.

Месторасположение, рядом торговый центр, много магазинов , тихий район , magic city в пешей доступности . Бассейн чистый .

We stayed in this hotel only for a day not a night. We took the night train, arrived very early in Tashkent and needed a place to stay to rest before taking a plane to fly out of Uzbekistan. For this the hotel was absolutely perfect! They let us check in super early (but we had to pay an additional fee for this) and we still had the breakfast. After sleeping, we could still enjoy the pool (which is nice, but the environment is not pretty) and then we checked out again.

I booked a Junior Suite at Hanra Stay for one night through Booking.com, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
The room condition was extremely poor. The cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard — there was dirt and dust everywhere, the bathroom had mold, and the bed linens looked unwashed. The furniture was worn out and damaged, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected and unhygienic.
What made it even worse was the staff attitude. The reception and service were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to address the issues with my room, I was met with indifference and even hostility. It was clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for this hotel.
For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and decent service. Instead, I got a dirty room and disrespectful treatment. I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere. This hotel does not deserve your money or your time.
Would not recommend to anyone.
