Vacaciones relajadas en ambiente isleño inolvidable
Pros:

Gabriela, la administradora del hotel, es súper atenta y agradable y muy amable, ella te hace sentir como en casa. Todo muy limpio y cómodo.
Muy buena ubicación, cerca de las dos playas más bonitas de la isla.

Cons:

Zimmer waren in keinem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Betten sehr schlecht....überall Löcher in der Bettwäsche und die Matratze schmutzig. Kam mir eher vor, wie eine Jugendherberge

Pros:

No incluía desayuno y la ubicación regular. En general no lleno mis expectativas para venderse como un hotel.

Cons:

Que venden un producto como Hotel, cuando no lo es. No tiene recepción. La habitación no estaba como para disfrutarla. el aseo de la habitación no era bueno ya que había cabellos de humanos. Ese local es una casa que la han habilitado con cuartos que alquilan como habitación. El precio es alto para lo que ofrecen. No había un área confortable para armar una reunión familiar. No tiene tendederos para colocar la ropa mojada, la ropa se coloca en el muro en la parte de atrás. La señora que atiende no tiene conocimiento para guiar a las personas a restaurantes y mejores sitios en la isla.

No vi la hospitalidad
Pros:

La ubicación era céntrica en la isla, cerca de restaurantes y de la playa.

Cons:

Me decepcionó la disposición de Gabriela cuando tuvimos un inconveniente. No mostró ningún esfuerzo ni preocupación por nuestro problema y eso nos molestó bastante. Fue educada pero la hospitalidad que tanto menciona la gente no la vi cuando la necesité. Hizo lo justo por nosotros y cuando gestionas una casa, deberías de ayudar en todo momento al huésped con pequeños gestos que pueden ser de mucha ayuda.
Las instalaciones no están bien cuidadas. El baño tiene mucho óxido debajo del lavabo, que causa mala impresión.

Comfortable guest house with lovely host
Pros:

Our host Gabriela picked us up from the ferry. She arranged a golf cart for us, and booked us a snorkeling trip out round the islands. She was very friendly and charming and could not have been more helpful. The roo was basic but very clean with a good shower and good Air con. You can sit on the terrace and see deer and watch the humming birds.
Beautiful beaches 10 to 15 minute walk, or 5 mins by golf cart.

Cons:

There is no food at the Inn, although you can use the kettle in the kitchen. The Angelina cafe does an excellent breakfast though and is just round the corner.

1. Wonderful Stay with a Great Host
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Gabriela was very friendly and helpful which made us feel truly welcome. Her hospitality added a special touch to our visit. The room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend this place.
