Horrible experience staying in Kuantan so far. aircond not functiong well. our family has trouble in sleeping due to room temperature. I had to call the receptionist to solve the aircond problem, the female staff is helpful, she came immediately. I aspect she will offer the other room but no. She adjusted the aircond mode and asked to wait for some minutes and if not she offered the fan. It was 4 am. And the room is still hot. I'm just wondering how could they provide customer with this kind of service. (please ensure the aircond condition is good/go pay for servis la! Or buy new one!! You took money from the customer) We pay laaaaa...
