毎年使っているので使いやすい。
あえて言えば料金が少し高い。
ロームシアター、美術館、南禅寺等、訪れるべきよい場所が近くにたくさんあり、非常に落ち着いていて立地条件がとても素晴らしいです。
フェイクでしょうが、203号室心霊とネットにあり、何と自分が203号室に当たり、フロントの方に「こんな書き込みがあります」とスマホの画面を見せて、「大丈夫なんですよね?」と問いただしても、目も合わせず、おどおどして、非常に不愉快な思いをしました。その夜は「カタカタ」と何かの音が定期的に聞こえて来て、怖くて怖くて入浴もせず、布団に潜り、TVをつけっぱなしにし、結果的にほとんど眠れず、悲惨な夜でした。立地条件は最高なのに、わざわざ水戸から楽しみに来たのに、ホントに二度と思い出したくない一夜です。また、洗面所のフェイスタオルがゴワゴワで生乾きのようなカビのような臭いがし、気分が悪くなリました。翌朝フロントには言わずにチェックアウトしましたが、あのような経験は生まれて初めてです。
The location across from the Heian-jingu shrine was great, and it was in a very beautiful area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were a little run down (stained carpet, old furniture). I also wish they offered a full bed instead of twin beds. There are only two laundry machines in the building and the dryer did not work very well, but that was not a huge issue since there was a laundromat easily walkable.
Lovely staff, lovely room, lovely area right outside the city center and close to everything necessary to enjoy your stay in Kyoto.
Wi-Fi was not working very well
Great location and fairly clean building, considering its age
Pillows were thin but rock solid! staff were helpful with getting additional pillows but still hard as a rock, window also couldn't open more than a few CMs.

Location is fantastic! The staff is wonderful, very kind and polite and friendly. The breakfast is nice and substantial.
In the bathroom the wash basin and tub partly overlap. While shaving etc once has to stand a bit twisted to use the tap water and the mirror.
Also we found the beds too soft (but some may like that).
