The room was clean ..the lift was provided.

Cons:

The staff was arrogant.. not supportive. Also the food and other prices were too high .. charging one water bottle cost ruppes 30 despite MRP 20 mentioned on the bottle itself. Wifi provided was not working properly.

Don't use this hotel and booking app both are fraud.

Cons:

I had a very poor experience at this hotel. It is not suitable for a family stay at all. Basic amenities were missing – no toiletries or even toilet paper provided.

On top of that, the staff demanded an extra ₹150 without giving a clear reason, which felt very unprofessional. I also tried contacting the booking app’s customer support, but received no response.

Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Not for the weak of heart. It is in a residential neighborhood and hardly any parking. No TP in restroom. A handheld hose is provided to wash up. Frequent loss of power for short periods. No outside food is allowed. In room dining from restaurant only. Only 1 shower towel provided. Extremely squeaky bed. Room not cleaned properly as cigarette butt was still there when we checked in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and tried his best to make us comfortable.
