Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfbereit. Fragen vorab wurden meistens sehr detailliert beantwortet.
Das Zimmer war sauber und wie beschrieben. Ich empfehle eine App zum Übersetzen dabei zu haben.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend. Man bekommt ab 9 Uhr einen Teller mit Brot, Wurst, Käse, Ei und Butter und dazu einen Tee.
Einchecken und Auschecken gingen problemlos.
Das Hotel ist in Laufweite zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Leider hört man die Nachbarn sehr laut. Da die Zimmertüren keine Klinke außen haben wurden sie von den Nachbarn sehr laut zugezogen/zugeworfen beim verlassen der Zimmer und das immer nach 22 Uhr.
Es gab keine Frühstücksmesser und man musste die Butter mit der Gabel auf das Brot schmieren. Es gab kein Buffet und meiner Meinung nach ist das aus der Zimmerbeschreibung nicht klar heraus zu lesen. Für den Preis was es aber ok.
Die Teegläser auf den Zimmern wurden gespült und dann zurück gestellt. Sie wurden definitiv nicht abgewaschen und wir wussten nicht mehr wem welches Glas gehört.
Auch die Handtücher wurden täglich zusammen gelegt und es war unklar wer das Handtuch vorher benutzt hat. Wir empfanden das als sehr unhygienisch.
Unsere leeren Wasserflaschen wurden ohne Absprache entsorgt. Das war sicher nett gemeint aber ich finde es nicht akzeptabel (wir hätten sie gern zum erneuten Auffüllen behalten).
Es gab 2 Steckdosen an den Betten und 2 Tischlampen. Man musste sich entscheiden ob man Licht benötigt oder ein Handy geladen wird. Eine Verteilersteckdose wäre von Vorteil gewesen.

Camera frumoasă,destul de spațioasă,locație convenabilă pentru obiective,la 5 minute de T1 în urcare.Personal amabil

Cons:

Micul dejun.Doar că denumire.....in rest 1 ou,o măslină,o roșie ,.....și cam atât....fff.putin.Mai bine nu servești decât așa.Sfat:Nu plătiți micul dejun,este țeapă. Așa ceva în opt ani de Istambul nu am întâlnit.!!!!

Ottima posizione a piedi si raggiungeva tranquillamente santa Sofia oppure per far prima si può salire a prendere il tram, la struttura è in una vietta laterale tranquilla. Lo.staff molto cordiale e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa.

Nagyszerű szolgáltatást kaptunk, amiért köszönettel tartozunk a szállásadónknak! Nagyon jó választás ez a hotel, mivel központi, de mégis egy csendesebb részen található.

Cons:

Nincs ilyen, minden tökéletes volt.

Pros:

Хотелът е разположен на много централно място, близо до Султан Ахмед и Капалъ Чарши.
Много чист и удобен. Персоналът е много приятелски настроен.
Има безплатен паркинг точно до хотела и вкусна закуска.
Препоръчвам!

Pros:

I liked the most the terrace from the back, the free parking, everything you need you can find around, Grand Bazar at 15 minuts walking, the room was big and bed was very comfortable, many programs at TV, even in my native language(Romanian), and we have a problem at our car which the hotel receptionist found a solution very quickly. And last but not least the price of the room which was on budget! Thank you a lot, we will be back!

Location was good only 20 minutes walk from blue mosque , place was clean and staff was really helpful and kind , I liked that we didn’t missed breakfast once because they brought it in our room

Pros:

La disponibilità dell' host, la posizione, la camera era ben arredata e pulita. Il parcheggio per la moto nella corte antistante l'hotel.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, sia per l'orario di inizio ( le 9 è un po' troppo tardi, )
sia per la varietà.

Very clean (,Frate) from reception (he know what i am talking about),very helpful with everything you need:Directions, Bosforus Cruise,recommendations for a good barber if you want, and many more🙂 Lady Anita who's in charge with breakfast and housekeeping, the best in the field!
