Pros:

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und aufmerksamen Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, da die Unterkunft nicht weit vom Strand entfernt ist.

Tolles Hotel für Familien-Strandurlaub
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, die Lage des Hotels top (wir kamen für Strandferien, der Strand war 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Minimarket und diverse Restaurants ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar). Das Appartment war sauber und geräumig, alles notwendige vorhanden.
Es besteht eine Vereinbarung mit dem Bagno 10 (Vatikaki) und so konnten wir bequem über das Hotel Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm reservieren lassen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und wurde liebevoll serviert, es gab zudem jeden Tag eine grosszügige Auswahl an Kuchen.

Für uns als Familie mit Baby alles in allem hervorragend!

Cons:

Die Dusche war nicht dicht, das Bad war nach jedem Mal geflutet. In der letzten Nacht hat es zudem gestürmt und stark geregnet, leider hat es dann durch die Decke gedrückt und im Badezimmer kam Wasser die Wände herunter.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Schritte bis zur Promenade und zum Strand. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus gegen Gebühr. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, einige ihrer Restaurant-Tipps haben wir ausprobiert und können sie ebenfalls empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Superschönes großes und gemütliches Apartment, neue Einrichtung, komfortable Betten, ideale Strandlage, hervorragender Reinigungsservice, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, tolle Betreuung bei allen Fragen oder anderen Anliegen durch das Hotel Team.

Cons:

Mosquitonetze im Apartment fehlen, eine Waschmaschine zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung wäre gut gewesen.

Pros:

Albergo molto carino vicino al lungomare ma tranquillo. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più e stato il servizio e la cortesia dei gestori, sempre con un sorriso e disponibili ad assistere i clienti, cosa rara ultimamente per la mia esperienza. La colazione é veramente TOP!!!

At first glance, the hotel is very beautiful, clean, and well-organized—a truly nice place. The breakfast is good. However, there are a few issues I could not understand. Despite being located in a cold area, the air conditioners are locked at 22 degrees and cannot be set to a higher temperature. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom after a certain time in the evening. Given the cold climate, I had to sleep for six nights under the duvet in extremely cold conditions because the air conditioning was not operational at night. One evening, I attempted to take a shower but woke up with a cold the next day.

Furthermore, although the room has a kitchen, there is a notice stating that if you use it, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged. I found this policy quite unbefitting for a hotel of this caliber.

Such a good experience
Pros:

I loved staying here, nice Big room, excellent breakfast and the most kind and helpfull staff- always a smile, always making you feel welcome. I will absolutely be back.
