Bardo dobry
Pros:

Hotel tuż przy plaży Kleopatra, niedaleko do centrum. Bardzo miły personel, wygodne i czyste pokoje. Bardzo polecam.

Cons:

W ofercie na Booking wymieniono klimatyzację w cenie pokoju. Na miejscu okazało się, że zimą jest dodatkowo płatna.

Это было чистое и комфортное жильё. Единственные кто предлагал завтрак за этот бюджет. Плюс очень отзывчивый персонал. Мне было очень комфортно в этом отеле.

Спасибо вам и процветания.

Пляж совсем рядом, до центра Алании не торопясь я доходил за 20 минут.

Холодно зимой.
Pros:

Не высокая цена в зимний сезон.
Хорошая локация.
Близко к морю.

Cons:

Завтраки очень низкое качество продуктов.
В целом лучше на них не рассчитывать.
Есть нечего.
В номере есть чайник, но нет чашек.
Зимой ( в январе) ночью быдо до 0' С. - 5 С.
Нет одеяла -только летнее хлопковое покрывало.
На другой день попросила -дали тонкий синтетический плед ( не очень помог).
Кондиционер зимой выключен.
Лейка в душе не работала ( вся закальцинирована). Тропический душ не использовала т.к горячей воды не было!!!
Персонал рекомендовал ждать минут 5.
Но, от солнечных батарей в январе ко мне поступала еле теплая.
Рекомендация: отель подходит на 1-2 ночи, емли персонал не исправит недочеты.

Все отлично! Очень удачное расположение, на Клеопатре, близко к морю и автовокзалу, до центра тоже недалеко. Новые чистые номера с регулярной уборкой, неплохой завтрак, персонал всегда старается помочь.

Cons:

Не увидела недостатков, ну разве что, если поздно встаешь, могут закончиться какие-то блюда, но если попросить, то тебе приготовят дополнительно.

Miss Cleopatra Otel de ki tatilim ilk olarak güleryüzlü hoş karşılama ile başladı. Otelin yenilenmiş alanları ve odaları çok güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltı çeşitlilik fazlasıyla yeterli ve kapsamlıydı. Temizlikle yine aynı şekilde her alanda kendini belli ediyordu. Ayrıca yeni açılmış olan otele ait Alacart resteron gayet güzeldi akşamları yemek yeme fırsatım oldu yemekler çok lezzetli ayrıca servis personeli güleryüzlü hizmetinden dolayı teşekkür ederim. Konum olarakta ihtiyacınız olan destinasyonlara yürüme mesafesinde olması ayrı bi avantajdı. Tavsiye edilir teşekkürler herşey için mutlaka yine geleceğim.

Забронировали случайно и ни капли не пожалели. Отелю можно дать 4 звёзды, все новое, после ремонта, стильный интерьер. Море рядом, есть бассейн. Завтраки стандартные, очередей не было.
