THis hotel can be rated 4-star with a few minor additions.
Pros:

The food was excellent. The location and service was good.

Cons:

The walk up is difficult for older people also the bathroom sliding door was very difficult to close.
A box of tissues in the room would be nice. A towel hanger closer to the shower area is needed

Was very comfortable couldn’t sleep the smell made myself and sister sinus work
Pros:

Myself and sister got very ill staying at Parc Rayne we left before the time booked .
Broken tiles strange smell balcony had no tiles accumulated a green cast on the floor accommodation not fit door lock would not work . Engineer tried to fix but still not working couldn’t use the swipe card was using keys to get in and out .

Horrible experience
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was decent.

Where to begin?
Staff that seems unable to smile, prefers to play with their phone and often neglect or ignore people trying to order. A bar lady that openly mocks guests and is rude.
The bed sheets were stained. The toilet was broken and not repaired, even when I asked 3 times. From the 5 days I stayed, on two days there was no housekeeping. I had a very early checkout and reception was abandoned. Eventually somebody showed up after the security guy went looking.
I could give 10 more reasons never to go to Parc Rayne again. Horrible experience.

We had a nice time stay in here.
Pros:

The service of this stuff, it's a breakfast. Was great, you get good tips from the staff. What is good of the food and things like that. We had a nice day stay there. The only thing is the room we stay in the shower. My head is coming offer. And the TV you couldn't see nothing properly on it. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Cons:

I did not like the taxi service. That's what you guys use. They gave you one prize over the phone. And then when you'll read to destination, they gave you a different price, they are not very reliable.

Never stayed and wouldn’t bother to either

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

It was raining the guard was sleeping, had to walk in the rain at 12am to check in but no receptionist, 20 mins later she came out didn’t gave an excuse why she wasn’t present in the first place, she gave us a room with dirt all over the ground, dusty, garbage all over the room, a broken tv lying on a bed tjat wasn’t even made up and had no bed sticking on it. Had to leave immediately, receptionist looked like she needed help herself. Couldn’t stay there!
